Antonio Brown Called Raiders General Manager a Racial Slur

A few other things to consider....
- Raiders in a tough defensive division - Broncos and Chargers are top 10 Ds, and Chiefs aren't far outside
- 1st round pick at RB (decrepit Lynch last year) - Gonna wanna feature him PLUS potential pass protection issues
- As this entire offseason had indicated, AB is a powderkeg... A few early losses and it could be (another) implosion in Oakland.

I'm not bullish on Oakland or Carr..... But he's certainly worth a draft pick as a #2 QB and Bye Week/Matchup replacement.

 

It’s his 2nd year in Grudens system. Last time he spent 2 years in the same system he was nearly MVP.

Oakland Raiders, Los Angeles Raiders fans were always considered to be the rowdiest fans with in the NFL.

And with the tailgate partying that goes on in the stadiums parking lots, those Raider fans were shitfaced by kickoff time.

Now the Oakland Raiders will be playing in Las Vegas and they will still be the Oakland Raiders and will still have the same fan base or rowdy drunken Raider fans.


So Las Vegas figured it out...
They are building the Raiders a brand new football stadium with no parking lot.
Actually a really small parking lot adjacent to the stadium.
No parking lot = no tailgate partying = no drunken rowdy Raider fans.

I remember the first Monday night game after they came back. Fans started drinking at like 10am for a 5pm kickoff. It was nuts.

 

Ya Carr can definitely be top 10 he's shown it in the past and being in a system multiple years is obviously good. Still though this whole Brown saga has got to scare you Raiders fans at least a little bit right lol? Locker room cohesiveness is a thing

It actually ends up making the story last 10 times as long than if he just said, for example:
Alabama was based on an older model, current predictions show the great state of Alabama is out of its path.

If you are going by QB rating, Carr was #18 in 2018 (Qualified QBs only).

Completions were pretty good. He came in at #4.

I don't remember watching Carr too much last season, but iirc, he was running for his life quite often. He might do better if his front line has improved in pass blocking. without Brown, he still doesn't have much in WRs...except maybe Williams. Personally, I think the Raiders will struggle again this season just to make it to 8-8. There is a lot of drama in that locker room (mostly created by Brown). Teams with a lot of drama normally do not do well. I like the Matt Mayock addition to GM. I always thought he had a good head for talent. While they might struggle this year, I suspect they will clean house next season and start to rebuild.

 

Never been to a Raiders game but my understanding when the Oakland Raiders use to play at the Los Angeles Coliseum the tailgate partying began at 5 a.m. and the kickoff was at 1 p.m. on a Sunday.

 

As a Steeler fan, I'm absolutely loving this side show freak being on another team. And nothing will bring me greater joy this year than seeing this clown get his knee blown out
