My first NFL game was also at the L.A. Coliseum, late 50's Rams and the Packers. I wasn't even a teenager yet.

I’d take Dez off the table. Yes he has had his diva moments, but he grew up with a crackhead whore for a mother(for real) and an absent father who had another family, and lived across the street basically. He had one messed up childhood. I do know(being a cowboys fan) 99% of the “Dez is throwing a tantrum on the sidelines” announcers ended up being wrong as the player mics showed he was just firing up his team with things like, we can get this done, let’s go, come on guys I know we’re better than this stuff.

I see what your saying but here's where I think your comparison fails there are 100s of all time great black receivers vs only a few all time great white receivers. Maybe thered be more diva white receivers but they didn't reach the greatness to get the same scrutiny.

Also what about quiet black receivers like Marvin Harrison,Ty Hilton,Donald Driver, Julio Jones, AJ Green, Roddy White ,Reggie Wayne ,Jerry Rice ,Larry Fitzgerald, Tim Brown ?
