I haven't detailed the Manafort papers, other than to know that the crimes he was convicted for were not related to the mission of the Mueller investigation at all. There were pursued as a lever to force Manafort to bargain by giving Mueller something else (real or invented) he could use against Trump- a fishing trip, using extortion. Hardly respectable tactics.

Flynn is different. Flynn was set up, and there is no question about it. Even Comey admits he pulled one, and was amazed he got away with it. They told Flynn it was just a conversation, not an investigation, that no lawyer needed, and no Miranda was given- which would make any testimony obtained void under criminal law. They suckered him, and charged him with lying over trivial recall of details. Even the FBI admits they didn't think he was lying or trying to hide anything.

Our laws are a can of worms, and nobody can play a game when the rules simply overwhelm the capacity to understand them. That should be changed, in part so that common sense is a least a good guideline to whether or not something may violate a law. If you so much as move a rock in a national park, you have probably violated a law. If you set up a campsite in a national park and one of your tents is not occupied on the first night, you have broken a law. If you camp in Shenandoah and have more than 9 people in your group, you have broken a law. The list of things we have made illegal that would never occur as criminal to the average person is huge. People are in federal prison for receiving lobster imports that were packed in plastic instead of wood.... Who knew?

That is one of the reasons that we lead the world in lawyers per capita. Japan has 7 per 100,000 people. We have 287, more than three times the next highest nation in the world- yet we continue to make law more complicated and compliance more and more difficult as well as dangerous.

I didn't just listen- I've looked under all the rocks where the Clintons have hidden over the last 30 years. Scary to say the least, when you consider how much of the public bought the facade they have always lived behind hook, line and sinker. IF you seriously examined the character of Hillary Clinton, you would know why you are really very lucky Trump won.

Trump does not hide his real personality as professional politicians do, because he was not a professional politician, a baby kisser, one who tells people just what they want to hear. Clinton on the other hand, always hid her true nature from the public. In private, things were much different. A secret service agent says "Good morning, maam", and Clinton replies- "F**K OFF". Every agent assigned there for her protection got that kind of abuse, and many have now spoken openly about it. People on her own staff saw her coming and ducked into any office or somewhere out of sight. In private- she treated people as slaves, as unworthy of any respect. She walks away from the microphone or camera, and the Jekyl/Hyde transformation changes identity. Don't take my word for it, just do some research.

 

Claiming Hillary would have been worse doesn’t excuse the damage Trump has been doing.

Clinton....Clinton...Clinton. Please forget about her and deal with the criminal now in office. He is at this point, at the very least, an unindicted co-conspirator in a felony. And the Feds have the corroborating evidence to back it up. He can keep calling people insulting names. He can continue defacing NATO and our allies, cause that is what Putin wants him to do. But the day will come when he has to answer to the American people on why he chose Putin over the US.

He has been lying about his contacts with Russia since day one. Mueller knows that and he is going to let Congress know that we have an agent of a foreign adversary in office. trump is going down....

 

Either these Trump defenders are very slow....or they are being paid by the Kremlin.

 

And there is nothing- NOTHING- Trump has done damaging anyone except the people already determined to damage America, and the corruption that is rampant in our system. .
Trump has a strong and often abrasive personality; and he doesn't hide it by pretending as almost all politicians do. Yes, he's a pit bull, and does step on toes- but, the people have been complaining for years about the dog and pony show that has been (and is) congress. Congress really runs the show- and their approval rate is typically about 1/4 of what Trumps is.

Because of Trump, the U.S. is the only nation in the world not to be a member of the Paris Accord which is attempting to control global warming.

Trump imposed a 25% steel tariff and a 10% aluminum tariff on our friends and trading partners creating trade wars which are damaging to all economies.

Trump imposed harsh tariffs on China, thereby causing a trade war damaging to the two largest economies in the world.

As a consequence to Trump's trade wars, all the gains made this year in the stock market have been wiped out and millions of American have lost a great deal of their savings in IRA's and mutual funds.

Trump removed the U.S. from JCPOA which permanently barred Iran from making a nuke and replaced it with harsh language and weak sanctions. As a consequence to Trump's decision, Iran is now free to copy the U.S.. She can follow Trump's precedent and remove herself from the JCPOA and resume her nuclear research if she so chooses.

Trump has shown a fondness for communist dictators Putin, Kim Jong Un, and Xi.

Trump has antagonized the leaders of our allies, Britain's May, Canada's Trudeau, France's Macron, and Germany's Merkel.

Trump has threatened NATO, an alliance meant to control Russia.

I could go on, but you get the picture. This is why I dislike the Trump administration.

I have been accused of having TDS. In view of the facts presented above -- facts that are beyond question -- it is Trump's fans who are deranged. Supporting Trump is not in their best interests.

I think he is a sociopath without a conscience. When it comes to it, he will throw the members of his family, as he has done to his friends and associates, under the bus before he will take responsibility for anything. Everything else you say about him is true: callous indifference to situations that would cause a normal person to feel compassion and empathy, insulting and abusing allies and anyone who criticizes him, manipulative, etc. He's a narcissist and a con man. Not a normal human being with a healthy mentality.

 

Why do you hate the truth? You want to believe the worst of our country? That's a very sad state of mind. The USA has never been a kleptocracy. The facts belie that. It's transparently obvious.
