The deniers are too married to their right wing loyalty to see the truth. They will deny it until they are deeply suffering and it is far too late to do anything about it. They have no idea of the seriousness of it. But what the hell, the world needs a major depopulation.

What does "back in line" even mean? NOTHING

Less sea ice extent is less sea ice extent, there's no "oh it's back to normal despite a warm winter".

Notice how it's dramatically less than the last LOWEST YEAR on record?

That's a GOP legislator from Mississippi - the state that is usually # 50 in any rating of anything good - hardly being pushed by scientists - more like being pushed by science-deniers.

I read about a proposal to put solar panels on The Wall.

Apparently selling the electricity would pay for The Wall in twenty years.

Sounds like a win-win to me. How about it?

I wasn't referring to scientists, I was referring to RWers that push creationism in the science classroom.

The motive for the hoax is money, grants and getting jobs. Apply for a grant saying you want to disprove global warming and see what happens.

BTW, did you know that El Paso was once under water, the oil we pump out of the ground was once surface vegetation, the receding glaciers in Alaska reveal human activity from a long time ago, and so on. The Earth changes, we adapt. But if you libs are so certain all the ice is going to melt, then why do you continue to buy beach houses?

But, but, but... what about Chemtrails? Why worry about climate change if the world govt (whoever that is) is spraying us with poisons?

Yada Yada Yada.....let's replace the earned income tax credit with a credit for the purchase of boats and see how serious the left thinks this sea level rise thing really is.

I like the theory that a New Mexico biology teacher has put forward on climate stabilization.

Which is just what we would expect coming out of the last ice age. The ice melts. With or without the effects of man.

There is actually some evidence that climate change is greening the deserts all its own due to the increased rainfall they are seeing from the altered weather patterns.

    http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2009/07/090731-green-sahara.html

"Desertification, drought, and despair—that's what global warming has in store for much of Africa. Or so we hear. Emerging evidence is painting a very different scenario, one in which rising temperatures could benefit millions of Africans in the driest parts of the continent.

Scientists are now seeing signals that the Sahara desert and surrounding regions are greening due to increasing rainfall.

If sustained, these rains could revitalize drought-ravaged regions, reclaiming them for farming communities.

This desert-shrinking trend is supported by climate models, which predict a return to conditions that turned the Sahara into a lush savanna some 12,000 years ago."

    True.....
there are also some places where the level of atmospheric
moisture is still low... but plants have began to grow due to
the higher levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide... .which of course
    is plant food!

The last volcano that erupted in Iceland put more CO2 into the air than Europe did in the last 40 years. What we are doing is insignificant to the global climate. The Earth has had warming and cooling periods in the past, to the point where palm trees existed in Antarctica. So the "global warming" hysteria is just that.

Of course, I sincerely wish that your fears were justified. I can imagine no better revenge against the left than totally destroying the environment for profit.
