I obviously know much more then you with your generalizations. The burden of proof for a federal crime is much greater then state or local indictments. Regardless of how many they “ pile on”, they don’t just pile on charges that they think can’t pass a referral to a higher court. That’s really misinformed. Every charge has to stand on its own merit.
