    One would have to go back to the dystopia of the 50's McCarthianism... OH yehh, my bad ~ just our last year 2020, to explain away how it is "different" - Cus 'Orange man bad'...     I've asked a question in another thread suggesting that the preplanning of the attack negates Trump's responsibility, but got no answer. So I'll try here.

    If the FBI knew about the planning (and I don't doubt that), did they inform Trump? Afterall, he had a rally planned in DC for that day - surely they would have to tell him. And if he knew about the plans, does anyone think his words weren't irresponsible?

    Lying about voter fraud, and inciting supporters to violently interrupt a congressional session by breaking and entering into the capitol building with the intention of overturning a free and fair election is sedition, by definition.

    If just ONE instance of fraud can be found then it's certainly not a lie, now is it? I'm sure even you can agree on a few positive examples of fraud, YES, even you can't hide from that sort of proof!
