Good question. Some of the attorneys, namely Powell/Wood working on fraud claims say that DOJ hasn't even looked at anything they have gathered. However, there are dozens of independent attorneys working separate cases. Don't know the answer to your question.

According to Trump, the evidence of massive fraud was overwhelming, it's everywhere. So if that's true, he wouldn't have to look very hard. He could also check into ALL the evidence that was filed in all the court cases that alleged fraud. It should have been a slam dunk.

I don't believe the DOJ was going to publicly reveal their investigative methodology. However the DOJ has quite an investigative arsenal at its disposal and again, if the evidence was so overwhelming as Trump would like everyone to believe, the point I made stands. Barr is so far up Trump's orifice that it would stand to reason he would do everything in his power to support Trump's claims if he could.

 

But there is no reason to withhold evidence or the results of investigations from the public in this instance. The public deserves to know what is happening with their election.

Correct. So back to my point then. If there was evidence of massive election fraud, it would have been splashed everywhere, either by the 30 or so lawsuits or the DOJ or the FBI or exposed itself easily. So by extension, there is no evidence and that's very obvious by now except to those who live in the land of Trump's delusions and are desperately hoping there is.

 

The legal process is working just fine. People have been arrested, and I hope they throw the book at them. What else are they supposed to do?

 

He did no such thing. The judge agreed with his recommended sentence of Stone, who in the end got it commuted(to his disapproval BTW) by the President. Therefore it wasn't abuse, but a proper lever of justice. Levers of justice need not be persecution, something that the crossfire hurricane team never understood.

And the evidence in the Flynn saga needed to be turned over by COURT order, that the council ignored said order made it so that the DOJ had to step in and actually follow through on the order. I agree with the President's full pardon of the general, I only wish it could have communicated in effect that no crime was actually committed.

I do not think advocating for diplomacy is a crime, and if it is a crime I want it equally applied to a Biden diplomat when they change or act on their foreign policy initiatives.
