But why be critical of Trump any more than Americans would be critical of your PM? The fact is that you don't know what's really going on in the US, despite thinking you do, and by your criticism of the election results it strongly suggests lack of faith in the American electorate. The Left will dislike any Republican US President and the same Leftists have virtual control of the media in every democracy. It's a game being played and, despite the crazy things Trump says on occasion he understands the game perfectly.
Your lack of response to our German friend but I may have misread your post, in which case I apologize.

There is no need to worry about any religion in the US, apart from Muslims. You're being misinformed. I agree that the architecture during that period, in Europe as well, was splendid.

I guess you shouldn't have invaded your neighbors. Bad move. Be content to stay at home in your lederhosen, drink beer and eat pretzels.

You have your agenda to fan Islamophobia and the reasons for it are clear and have nothing to do with what you pretend. In any case, that part of you isn't amenable to any reason. But the latter, namely the place one affords to reason as opposed to either force or dogma, is what actually distinguishes to me those who are backward and those who aren't.

On the latter, it is precisely in those areas where traditional religious teachings might be seen in conflict with reason (science), and not just cultural trends, where one discovers who is actually more backward and who isn't. And here is one example of many that makes my point when I look at your religious groups as compared to our's.

Teaching Evolution in the Middle East
To be sure, we have our own backward elements too. But Iran is not their fiefdom. What it represents, instead, is a society that has tried to reject westernization and imperialism in all of its forms, to include on the cultural front. But education, learning, and those things that distinguish what are truly advanced societies and those which aren't, are hardly the areas that Iran's leadership is focused on curtailing. Which is one reason why Iran does have the highest growth rates in science in the region and beyond.

There's no way Germany will ever be a superpower unless they get Five Eyes support, and I can't see that ever happening. Germans cannot be trusted and their history shows that. What's being asked is that you pay your share and if you can't do that then drop out.

Germany is now trying to avoid a recession, Germans can't 'crush' anything except their own fanatical dreams.

Muslims are still murdering innocent people and have been doing it for years, They have to be monitored constantly. This is not "Islamophobia". (such a stupid word!) How does the civilized world prevent Islamic fanatics from murdering innocent people?

It was a British ship which was seized by Iran. Australia is still emotionally attached to the mother country and it is willing to coming to Britain's rescue. Tensions in the region increased after United Kingdom forces helped authorities in Gibraltar seize an Iranian tanker. Iran retaliated by impounding a British ship in the Persian Gulf.

I have no objection to your getting right up our Politicians. I am not critical of the result at all. I care not that a Republican was elected. I care that Trump, a personal grub on many counts was that Republican.

Aussies were against Bush2, Reagan and Nixon as well. So were the Europeans. If Hillary had been elected you'd likely be fine with that..

I am reluctant to interrupt you in fanning your Islamophobia, which seems to particularly get you going, but a simple review of any statistics relating to death, murder, and killing of innocent people would quickly show you to be projecting! Indeed, is there any doubt that the US (a predominately Christian country) holds the record in all these departments? Just simple murder is far more prevalent in the US than any Muslim country I know! Government sponsored murder, including by waging war, assassinations, drone strikes, and whatever else is the program de jour for the US, will show it to have killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people since WWII. Do I really need to go over the litany of death and destruction left behind by the US as it has invaded various countries around the globe during the past few decades? The Americans may call some of these deaths collateral damage, but the term used doesn't change anything. After all, the US is still quite capable of justifying dropping the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki -- and no one can claim the target their was military! As with Dresden, the US was intentionally targeting the killing of civilians (men, women, and children, and pets too -- whatever riles your senses!) to achieve its political objectives.

Anyway, I don't want to get off on a tangent. You can continue with your Islamophobia and pretend whatever you wish.

One of the ways of 'pigeon holing' people' is by taking polls, watching protests in major cities, and reading their media. You may not have been aware of "Bush Derangement Syndrome", or the protests against Ronald "Raygun" but they were evident everywhere.

You're aligning yourself with those who call him 'orange', etc. and will be judged, unfairly perhaps, as being one of them. Emotional nitwits who never developed much beyond their high school years.

    A brief history.

Islam isn't just against the United States. They've committed terrorist atrocities throughout the world, including genocide in the Middle East, the Yazidi and Christians being just two examples. https://clarionproject.org/sex-slaves-being-held-for-ransom-by-iran/

You clearly don't understand what the word 'phobia' means, nor do you seem aware of Islamic terrorism.

Here's a partial list, and little involves the USA. If you spent as much time criticizing groups like ISIS and Boko Haram you would have some credibility but your Americanophobia and Jewishophobia prevents you from doing so.

Instead of getting dragged into the mud, I take this opportunity instead to do what I like doing best: introducing people to the real culture of Iran. While few Iranians (if any) will be able to recite any verse from any scripture that teaches people to kill people, almost all of them can recite the great Persian poets -- and the humanistic tradition they encouraged. For instance, this is from the 13th century Persian poet Sa'adi:

Human Being are like parts of a body,
    created from the same essence.
When one part is hurt and in pain,
    the others cannot remain in peace and be quiet;
    If the misery of others leaves you indifferent, with no feeling of sorrow;

then you can't be called a human being.
Sa'adi (1184-1283/1291?) Persian poet ...Poem on Humanity

This verse, like almost everything in Persian tradition, does not distinguish based on race, religion or ethnicity. Which is why the popularity of another Persian poet, Rumi, rated the most widely read poet in America, and one of the greatest poets of Persian literature, transcends race, religion, sect, culture and nationality! Rumi wrote his verse before Iran had rallied to the Shia banner, but that doesn't make him any less popular in Iran than if he was a Shia. The real religious tradition in Iran is simply devoid of the fanaticism that is encouraged by the West against others (even as it points the fingers at those it tries to fan hatred of).

We dont want be a superpower. We are a regional hegemon, which is a comfortable thing.

And whats your problem witha recession? We had a 15 year boom phase. You know the normal economic model? We in dire ened of a recession. Our economy ran hot. We have almost zero unemployment and negative interest rates. People pay money so we take their money. Thats bad for savers.

    And what 5 eyes?

USA loses constantly international renomee and influence. The enw world order is 4. China, EU, Russia and USA.

Again i asked you, Trump wants that Germany wants become 2nd strongest military on the planet. You support this?

You say you support trump. o other hand you say you dont trust us. Your Trump want that we become a military giant. So what now?

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez isn't a religious fanatic but a socialist fanatic and her "Green New Deal" would take America and the world back to biblical times.

Well, sadly, despite the ban, alcohol consumption in Iran is above the average in the region (almost twice the average in the so-called Eastern Mediterranean region), although thankfully still well below what you find in the West. Not that consuming alcohol is anything to be proud of; besides the myriad of undeniable health problems it causes, besides the economic costs it imposes on society, it also speaks to the failure of societies to address the real issues which they often seek to hide through drug and alcohol consumption.

I bet if alcohol consumption was banned in the West, and not proscribed in Muslim countries, the propaganda lines would be the exact opposite than what they are now. In the meantime, the half full part of the glass for even Iran is that a large majority of people in the country (despite being able to get alcohol rather easily, in some ways easier than in the West as it is delivered to you by a simple phone call) still abstain from drinking. I am not in that category, although the past couple of years in particular I have begun drinking much less frequently than I used to in the past.

    p.s.
For stats on alcohol consumption in Iran, including compared to other countries, this is the website for the World Health Organization.
