    That would cost over a HALF A TRILLION DOLLARS BEFORE administrative costs. Then some guy would be knocking out do it yourself guns with a 3d printer. You can't turn the clock back on technology.

    After 10 seconds on the internet, anyone can have the same effect of a bump stock though the proper use of a rubber band or shoestring.
