Jimmy Dore comes off as sincere but also kind of trashy

Do you really want to make a f-bomb dropping wacko your spokesman?

He talks even worse than how liberals claim that trump talks

That aside I think he is sincere in a warped liberal sort of way

and he makes an otherwise good defense of tulsi gabbert

From that link I provided, sounds like they are difficult to articulate what they actually are. Has there been a resolution that has found, in the current Syrian conflict, such devices are to be defined as such? I actually do not know.

Who was that? Kurds and ISIS controlled the Syrian border with Turkey.

Not entirely. Assad was buying bootleg petrol from ISIS.

It's madness. You're ready to use any argument - doesn't matter how much it's ridiculous and impossible. Just to support your weak point.
Get back to the realm of reality, please.
The fact of transportation of the chemical material from Turkey to Syrian territory became known thanks to Turkish opposition politician. Turkish authorities supported Assad's enemies. They supplied them with weapons. So, anyone who can count what is 2+2 may understand whose that chems were and who they were driven to.

    1. North Korea shipments to Syria chemical arms agency ...
      https://www.aol.com/article/news/2017/08/22/north-korea-shipments...
Aug 22, 2017 · North Korea shipments to Syria chemical arms agency intercepted, says UN. The report by a panel of independent U.N. experts, which was submitted to the U.N. Security Council earlier this month and seen by Reuters on Monday, gave no details on when or where the interdictions occurred or what the shipments contained.

    3. Chemical weapons, Syria, North Korea | Homeland Security …

Weapons inspectors and diplomats, however, remain unconvinced that the program has been eliminated and suspect that Syria secretly maintained and developed new chemical weapons capability. On 4 April 2017, a Syrian aircraft released toxic sarin gas on the town of Khan Sheikhoun in Idlib, Syria.

I marveled at the exchange between Hezbollah and Israel, last Lebanese
    war.
Israel said they killed between 500 and 700 Hezbollah.
Hezbollah claimed these were "all civilians" and the claim was widely
    circulated in Western media.
Later Hezbollah had a service for the 600 Hezbollah "martyrs" who died
    fighting Israel.

Lesson: if you have no information yourself, and you must believe someone
then believe the party (or parties) with fairer media and more open governments.

ps one neat trick of Assyria was to drop tubs of liquid chlorine onto the opposition.
I worked with liquid chlorine and would often think about these accounts when
getting a particularly strong whiff of the lung-burning stuff.

Typical western propaganda. Some "UN experts" hired to watch for North Korea, released the "report" on Syria which has never been confirmed by UN officially.

Assad slaughtered his people rather than implement the reforms he promised. He's just like his father.

So you are fine with believing Syria. And by extension the land of the Novichok and umbrella
    assassins - Syria's ally Russia.
This leads to Iran, Cuba, North Korean and Venezuela by the way. And of course, Iraq's chemical
WMD's which Saddam claimed he "tipped out in the desert somewhere" and esteemed journalists
said must be true because he said it.
I personally accept the satellite photos of the container truck convoys from Iraq entering Syria are
legit - and the suspicion that WMD's, used to kill tens of thousands of Saddam's enemies, were
now in Syrian hands. On the balance of probabilities, that's all.

If Syria's murderous dictator said he hasn't used chemical weapons, and the peace-nick Obama
administration said that he did (but did nothing about this 'red line') - who do you believe?

Absent evidence, I follow my gut and listen to my b.s. detector, which is quite good.

If it was sarin, all of the people walking around the area and touching the kids would be dead.
    Nobody was treated with atropine.
    Sarin didn't kill them.

    Yes, good idea.
Did you read my post about Israel claiming to kill 500-700 Hezbollah fighters?
Hezbollah said these were all civilians and Israel got canned by the Western
    media.
Later Hezbollah honored the "Six hundred martyrs" of the Lebanese war.
    Media response? Silence
    Israel critics response? Silence
    Hard Left response? Silence
Lebanese response? Hezbollah is right! Let's honor our warriors!

My b.s. detector is running pretty fast, right now.

As an aside, what do you consider to be "evidence"
Clearly, foreign nationals, dead babies, freedom fighter and national
intelligence agencies are all dead wrong.

In my country most of the debates about history and foreign affairs
with the left have been won - by the right. The spy rings, the defectors,
the promise of an "independent Sth Viet", the global freezing, the Soviet
workers paradise, the Russian intermediate nukes, the ballyhooing about
Indochina Communist bloodbaths and the like - all turned out to be false.
Why should Syrian chemical weapons be any different?

    From the link narrative:

" . . . when he reported that a thorough investigation showed that Syrian-based jihadists had faked the sarin claims to provoke a Western military retaliation against the Syrian government."

And sure enough they fell for it hook, line, and effing sinker!

    A topical and related observation:

"Facebook needs regulation as Zuckerberg 'fails' - UK MPs"

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-47255380

So let's see how this works then? Governments lie through their teeth, then blame Zuckerberg when their fake news finds it's way onto Facebook? [IMG] Something seriously weird is going on when senior politicians lose all sense of self-perception.

Edit: I sure wouldn't wanna be in that BBC producer's shoes right now? :roflol:

Why are you asking such questions when this forum is literally bursting with threads and posts - going back years and years - detailing and evidencing the US, UK and French regime change plan for Syria.

It dates back as far as 2002 and Dubya, in fact. Back then a certain John Bolton earmarked Syria as a rogue state that can "expect to become one of our targets" (HERE).

In a New Yorker article in 2007, Seymour Hersh revealed that Washington and Saudi collaborated to back Islamist opposition groups including the Muslim Brotherhood aimed at ousting Assad. Hersh made it clear that this policy was Israeli in origin (HERE). Then there's THIS and THIS.

I've already posted the Roland Dumas - former French Foreign Minister and therefore not a light-weigh - video above (again... I must've posted this six times previously) wherein he openly stated that the UK had set out plans in 2010 for regime change in Syria. He stated that he was asked if France would join. He also made it clear this was an Israeli driven agenda.

Besides that there are thousands of newspaper and media articles over years and years confirming that Syria is a regime change operation.

So forgive me for saying that if you are not aware of this fact by now, then shame on you for whistling Dixie with your eyes closed and your ears stoppered.

I wouldn;t be surprised if said Beeb producer would soon be looking for another employer...

Meanwhile, in my cynical wisdom I rather suspect the US, Uk, France were impatiently waiting for that White Hats fake Sarin provocation so they could unleash an attack on Syria. After all the Whit Hats are a creature of the British foreign office and other NATO members...

It goes back to 1998 when Bibi produced Clean Break Strategy calling for regime change in Syria..

Why did they wait until 2011 and what did they hope to get from regime change in Syria .. I mean other than 6 MILLION refugees???

Saudi Arabia is against the Muslim Brotherhood. MB has been banned in KSA since King Faisel in the early 1970s.

Some talking head was on the BBC News Channel prog Dateline London yesterday, and interalia she (yes, it was a woman  ) with supreme confidence asserted 'There's only one person responsible for (she gave a figure which I didn't get, but it was a big one) Syrian deaths, and that person is Bashir al Assad. Now he may or may not be the nicest guy you could wish to meet, but the lack of insight by some 'journalists' is exceeded only by their self-delusion.

    Okay.

I think there were a number of reasons, but the people you need to really ask about the timing are in Tel Aviv.

Strange bed fellows and hypocrisy often go hand in hand. Hersh is known to be a reliable reporter; which is why he can't get an article published in the USA - his home - is no longer published in London, where he went after his ban in the US, and now only gets published in Germany.
