As an FYI, the national guard was called in before the wall design was even decided on.

If something like that upsets you, then you must have been really mad when Obama, Mooch, Clinton, Kerry and Comey denigrate Trump in foreign countries. Do you know the National Guard can only be activated by the State, ie governor's approval. Except in extreme rare situations.?
So if she sent them packing, it was after she gave orders to activate them.
