It depends on the job and degree of disillusion they live in. A person who is in direct conflict with biology and settled science should not be anywhere near a job where biology and settled science are part of that job.

On an interesting note, the left is starting to repeat the arguments made in the past by the right. In this thread liberals have said equality doesn’t equate to equal outcomes and that science is never settled. In just one thread they tore down their social justice and global warming arguments.
