    Several people took to Twitter Friday evening to criticize President Biden after he tweeted that he had "never been more optimistic" about serving another two years in the White House.

    "Two years in, and I've never been more optimistic about America's future," Biden said on the two-year anniversary of his inauguration, which was on Jan. 20, 2021.

    But, people who responded to the post did not share the president's enthusiasm.

    "Well, that makes one of us," one user replied.

    Comedian Tim Young chided: "Gas is up 40 cents from last month and eggs are $9."

    Another user commented: "Two years in, I’d say the only direction you have to go at this point, is up."

    "Jesus take the wheel," said another….

    ..Despite the president’s optimism, he remains widely unpopular in most opinion polls.

    Biden's public approval rating remains near the lowest level of his presidency, with only 40% approved of his performance, according to a new Reuters/Ipsos poll…

    Biden is a fool. He must know the country is not only in bad shape because of him, but his own party is trying make sure he doesn’t run again. His poll numbers suck, he’s been programmed to make woke decisions, he’s weak, and his first two years have been a nightmare which caused the Afghanistan disaster and tens of thousands of fentanyl deaths.

    If I could live ten lifetimes, Biden would still be the worst president in all of them.

    Biden is a few points ahead of where the prior administration was at this same point and the largest factor that seems to be dragging him down — inflation — is slowly falling.

    We are about to see the right behave the same way they have the last few times they have been elected, investigations with no charges, shutdowns, bills to nowhere to placate their dying base.

    Let’s see how voters, especially younger voters, respond to a new congress that does zero for the American people after having one that made a historic number of bills.

    That's true, except for the diseases, they didn't start that (that requires a degree of science knowledge lacking on the right), but everything else is right.

    What's wrong with a president being optimistic? China released an unholy he'll on us and our president said we have nothing to worry about and one day it will disappear like magic.

    Well, certainly if you view any and all government legislation whatsoever as a plus for America as the left and younger voters tends to do, sure. Given a choice I would prefer a congress who votes once a year for the ONE budget bill and nothing else. Let them figure out how to master that accomplishment first.

    Science knowledge is lacking on the right? We know the science of chromosomes, and we know the math showing 45 million people can not be insured while the people paying for it save $2500 a year. We also know Guam won’t capsize and no one put an American flag on Mars.

    I mean why exactly is this news? What the hell is the guy supposed to say as the PRESIDENT of the country? "I have a bad feeling about the future of the country I'm in charge of running" lol?

    Yeah we can say stuff like that as citizens and even though I'm no fan of this clown I'd be even more mad at him if he said it as the president...No of course he isn't going to openly state that things are pretty dire while he's in charge, NOBODY would do that.

    I would not recommend holding your breath in optimism for a "strong" GOP to step in and save us. The GOP hasn't done much of anything lately except for lose elections and make the most idiotic compromises imaginable allowing the Democrats to put everybody in this situation.

    Of course not.Biden has caused it all in cooperation with Clinton, Soros, Bill Gates, The WP, and they did it from the pizza joint while doing child porn, but finally the Hunter Biden laptop will put an end to this crap and burning down the economy with the denial of raising the debt limit will make it rise from the ashes like a Phoenix bird, unburdened by CRT, abortion, gay rights etc. etc.

    ???? He was branded a racist by the left and media for identifying it as from China. Branded by the same as a conspiracy theorist for the assertion it came from a Chinese lab funded by Fauci.
    And, the COVID of March 2020 has disappeared. Replaced with a COVID similar to the flu.

    What Biden and a Democratic Congress did to us over the past two years is the result of the spineless GOP helping them do it. The Democrats didn't have a super majority in Congress the GOP is just dumb and lethargic and makes the most idiotic one sided "compromises" at each and every turn.

    These are the same clowns who helped get a trillion plus dollar bill passed giving Democrats virtually everything they wanted while running around touting some sort of victory because they got the defense budget increased with it. They do this sort of thing all the time, Democrats will shove all sorts of radical nonsense in bills and Republicans will get one or two things then run around preaching they got a "win for the American People".

    "But we had to help get the bill passed in order to get that one thing we wanted..."

    The Democrats still have the Senate. ANY GOP proposed House bill that could somehow magically make it through the Senate will be filled with 90% Democrat ridiculous garbage that the GOP agreed to like they always do. I for one am terrified of any bill over the next two years that would somehow make it to the Presidents desk. There's no telling what completely one sided crap these GOP clowns agreed to with the Senate in order to get their bill passed. The House GOP better not do a damn thing but just sit there and gridlock Congress for the next two years. Anything they pass means they made yet another one sided stupid compromise with the Democrats to further screw us all.

    Can't wait for the upcoming debt ceiling debate. Part of me wishes McCarthy would just increase the debt ceiling clean with no conditions like the Democrats asked because if the House GOP actually gets spending reduced there is no telling what the Democrats got out of that deal. But whatever it is it'll likely be way more than what McCarthy got.
