I get it. the school district is boycotting, and not just some individuals. Interesting case. The school is not disputing his right to support Trump. They are opposed to his manner as it relates to the school's curriculum. I will read more at a future date.

 

And they engaged in a conspiracy to destroy the business at which he works, because some nitwit took exception to his views on Stormy Daniels and Trump that he put on his own personal facebook and twitter feed.

Suit looks solid to me.

 

Maybe it was the manner in which he expressed his views.

 

It was his personal site, not his employers. He did not reference his employer or any of the trips or school districts.

It appears some State Employees took exception to his personal political views and decided to engage in a conspiracy to punish his employer for them.

They will have an opportunity to explain their grounds for this conspiracy, in court.

 

Maybe they took exception to his manner rather than his views.

 

Whatever their reasons, they appear to have engaged in a Conspiracy to violate his First and Fourth Amendment rights and directed that conspiracy against his employer, so his employer is quite properly suing the conspirators and their employer for relief as they are entitled to under Federal Law.

 

If they argue that his denigrating manner sends the wrong message to students, they may have a viable defense as a reason not to patronize his business. People have been fired from jobs because of their remarks on Facebook even though those remarks had nothing to do with their jobs.

 

What makes him "illegitimate"?

 

Criminal behaviour and temperament. Is he not now being investigated? In addition he was appointed by an illegitimate foreign owned puppet.

 

No he is not. Complaints, frivolous complaints are being reviewed. Police investigate, judges decide. The complaintants did there own investigated and submitted complaints along with any "evidence" THEY collected. Evidence is collected prior to judicial decisions. Civics ... learn it ... share it.

Reviewed and will be accompanied by recommendations once completed......the FBI did not investigate and follow evidence, the WH made sure of this by limiting the "background" check. They are both illegitimate........learn it..........share it..........it will set you free.

What review are you claiming is ongoing? The FBI interviewed all the alleged witnesses to the accusations. There was no one else.
