I notice from the headline that even the Express is only prepared to say that concern is growing and not the threat itself.

The problem with these ill informed and frankly dishonest right wing press hit pieces is that the government uses them as an excuse to raise surveillance on everybody and restrict our freedoms.
Scared little panic monkeys and people trying to sell newspapers could end up having a real influence on everybody when they should just retreat to their panic rooms and let the rest of us get on with our lives....
