    My lab partners and I used to slam down some beers after a study session.

    Everyone I knew in college drank. Not to be "cool" but because it's fun as hell.

    I assume people who don't drink beer, don't eat meat. The two just kind of coincide for some reason.

    Putting all the stupid comments aside, I am not worried about Kavanaugh for two reasons.
    1. He always has been a originalist and I doubt that will change.
    2. The democrats will never let this go and deep down, I suspect he hates them with the fire of a thousands suns. Payback is hell.

    Now, I can see Roberts moving over the become the swing vote.
    To get your case looked at by the Supreme Court you need four Justices to agree to take it on. The court has avoided cases involving firearms because they were never sure they had the support of Kennedy. Now they do, and it will be interesting to see if many of Bloombergs group enacted laws will be overturned.
