California Magazine ban struck down by federal court

It may seem to be a bit of a novelty in a pistol but if its part of a system, including 15, 17, 24, and 33 round sticks and intended to be a complement to a glock mag feeding carbine then its more appropriate.

They can be clunky, 20's seem to be better for the bench. The new polymer mags I have yet to try out seem a little more compact. One of my shooting bag setups is made for AR's. It clears the bottom for 30 cal magazines.

A Magpul drum has a lower profile than a 30 round mag, and gives you 60 rounds without needing to reload. They can also be stored loaded without degradation of the spring mechanism. They are used with the M27 IAR, and M249 saw as well.

10 rounders still have a market, typically those places where democrats have changed the laws. That also means relative scarcity and inflated demand will raise prices.

 

Alas, I have but one 20 rounder...

Just for the record, it was Trump who insisted on making gun bump stocks illegal. Sorta like fellow Republican Reagan and the Mulford Act - ban the guns and then blame Democrats for it.

 

He's also on record as being for confiscation before due process.

I voted against Trump twice. I had a feeling he would be squishy on gun rights, and I've been correct on that point.

What the Obama administration did was to count those caught at the border who voluntarily returned to Mexico as being deported.

Only an immigration judge can deport someone.

Kinda like when the left always lump legal immigrants with illegal aliens.

I was looking at the California Militia regulations.

It says that the militia members are responsible providing for their own rifle.

I suppose a military service rifle that is chambered for the same cartridge used by the U.S. Army.
That would mean a black scary looking AR with a pistol grip, muzzle break, bayonet lug, detachable 20 or 30 round box magazine and any other cosmetic features that scare liberals.

It also says the militia members are responsible for providing for their own uniform based upon the U.S. Army uniform.

But the regulations seem to need to be updated.

It mentions the U.S. Army khaki tan uniform that hasn't been issued since the 1970's.

 

we should "grab gun lovers first".

Your other hero Trump (like the other Republicans before him) have allowed Israeli, Irish, Italian, and Russian mafiosi types without every stopping any of them. While it is true Trump closed the door to those Central Americans in the caravans, he did nothing to stop Cubans and those other mafias types. Let's see him close the ports of entry.
