Especially those who have multiple abortions...To bad they don't (or do) think long and hard before hopping in the sack
Turns out, rather high. How common are repeat abortions? - Nursing Times https://www.nursingtimes.net/clinical-archive/womens-health/how... The percentage of repeat abortions was found to increase with age: 8% of those under 18 years old had a repeat abortion compared with 44% of women over the age of 35. While it may initially seem puzzling why older women have more repeat abortions, a logical, cumulative effect of ageing is responsible.
You don't see the circular logic in that? It only has the right to remain in the womb if it doesn't absolutely need to remain in the womb to survive?
What do you suggest? Once the mother is declared brain dead she is then also legally dead. Unfortunately what happens is the body still arts to fail so there is no way for a non viable foetus to survive
Of course it should. The point is made above, "fertilization to birth a fetus has increasing rights to survive". Viability increases its chances to survive. Those women who use abortion as birth control are few in number.
Did you actually read the whole article? https://www.nursingtimes.net/clinic...w-common-are-repeat-abortions/5045092.article
And it is a fallacy. A) who the **** wants to use a more expensive and involved procedure? B) there is no evidence C) women who have repeat abortions do over thier entire fertile period. We are talking maybe two abortions in 25 years or more
I think there is a moral tension between banning abortions and unrestricted abortions there must be a compromise and viability is what society agrees on. Individuals like you can disagree. Or does the woman lose rights?
FoxHastings said: ↑ DUH, it isn't..... a fetus has NO rights until birth..... What do you mean by "now" ? I have NEVER said anything different than a fetus has no rights until birth.
No, a fetus has NO rights until it's born......very odd how you just cannot remember that....very odd...… How does a human become a machine...????? have you been watching Transformers or some super hero crap for KIDS ??and think that's real life !!!!!! YOU think that's REAL!!! AND : YOU asked """""Are you okay with forcing the fetus out at 24 weeks,"""""""" FoxHastings: ""WHY, WHEN, HOW would anyone do that ??? YOU aren't answering the question. Question an Anti-Choicers CANNOT answer: ""WHY, WHEN, HOW would anyone do that ???
WHY should they have to ? Abortion is a legal medical procedure...did you want YOUR access to legal medical procedures rationed?
Plan c at best Nobody WANTS abortion We would all prefer if contraception were so effective as to prevent the need of abortion
What you are not understanding is the woman would lose her rights but the fetal rights would probably remain the same. If the woman was 3 weeks pregnant pull the plug. If the fetus was viable keep her alive until a c-section could be performed and then pull the plug. It would be up to family wishes.
