they said the American people should decide who picks the SC judge so close to an election, then they changed their mind when they had power

rules means nothing if they are not followed

had republicans not done this, they would have enjoyed a 5-4 lead for many years to come, now republicans will lose the SC as soon as dems take control

Rules can be changed....the Dems didn't like the Biden Rule so we changed it for them

 

the rules were changed by republican in 2016, then again in 2020 - republican cheated on their own rule and they also changed the votes to 50

so now dems will raise the number of seats and seat them with 50 votes, fair is fair
