    the rules are still really the same...the Presidenot nominates then the Senate advices and either consents or not.....

    Republicans said they wanted the people to decide so close to an election then, now they say the people can't be trusted to decide

    if republicans can change the Senate rules, so can dems

    stealing the SC has consequences, republicans will lose the SC when dems regain power

    no dems said that it was their rule.

    yes dems can, they did when they created the rule to begin with

    nothing was stolen. you don’t own the court. obama didn’t have the votes in congress

    the rules as they were for Obama, should of been the same for Trump
    Republicans cheated, so the right can't whine when dems do the same

    there was no vote, so we will never know

    had republicans allowed a vote and Obama lost, would not be an issue today, but that never happened cause republicans would not allow it

    That wasn't a "Senate rule", at least not in any official sense like the filibuster.
