    What grounds had Gore for challenging Bush's victory? He actually conceded then changed his mind.

    Actually she never gave any evidence in that case, she wouldn't testify as her reputation was shot. She didn't bring Prince Andrew down, he just paid her off so there would be no trial. She herself has been accused of trafficking other girls to Epstein.

    It's a wonderful woke world you live in!

    12th amendment states the vice president will only open the envelopes and read the votes. Nothing about having authority to reject votes.

    Florida law allowed him to request a hand recount. The hand recount was taking longer than expected and would go past the deadline. Gore sued to have the deadline extended. Do you think it's fair that you request a recount, but the counties say that any recount will only be accepted if done in 3 days?

    Democrats don't even believe in the Constitution now. They feel that popular opinion should decide everything and that the Supreme Court should either be eliminated or that the judges should decide cases by that popular opinion. In other words, if polling (I guess that's how they would decide what public opinion is) shows that 175 million and one think one way on an issue and only 175 million even don't, the majority should rule and that's how everything should be decided. To hell with laws and the Constitution. I will say though that, the Constitution aside, I have never seen a time where one party has abused their power so badly as the democrats are doing now.

    We haven't seen anything like that. We have, however, seen the tRumpublicans RINO's, under tRaitor tRump's direction, attack our capitol to overturn a "Constitutionally" held election to keep tRaitor tRump in office after his term expired. We've damn sure seen that.

    Trump was the one who trashed the Constitution to try to have himself installed as an unelected autocrat. It isn't trashing the Constitution to call him out for doing so.

    There's nothing "Soviet style" about it. And, frankly, mislabeling it as such shows a great disrespect for history . . . and intellectual honesty. It's a Congressional hearing. The most it can do is inform the public, recommend legislative changes, and make criminal referrals. That's it. Anyone who has spent more than 5 seconds learning about the USSR knows this is a lazy, dishonest comparison. Dershowitz is probably just cranky because he hasn't gotten one of those "I kept my underwear on" underage massages ever since his buddy Epstein went away.

    Through the fake elector scheme. First the plan was to have Pence count illegal "alternate" electors while illegally ignoring the lawful electors. When Pence wouldn't go along with that, the plan was to still use those illegal electors, but just to create enough confusion to erase the votes of 5 states and declare Trump the winner based on the remaining 45 states. If that failed, the next plan was to simply declare the Electoral College null and void and go to a pure House vote to install Trump instead.

    Then you need to read the Constitution. Refusing to open and count the EC votes goes against the Constitution. Just read the damn thing. It isn't long.
