Do opinions on Circumcision depend on personal experience?

Should parents be able to decide to expand their children's earlobes, or get their infants tattooed? Should they be allowed to cut off a female infants clitoris and labia? (*)(*)(*)(*) no. So why should they be allowed to cut off the most erogenous part of the male body? Parents have no right to mutilate or modify their children's bodies as they see fit. Also, as I said in a previous post, every surgery has risks, and circumcision is no different. People have had their penises' marred or completely removed due to complications from circumcision; it should only be done on a child or infant if it's absolutely necessary.
