Which he didn't do. Did the Special Counsel release his report? Yes. That means it's done. That's proof he didn't obstruct justice. The Special Counsel said he was never interfered with. The AG & Deputy AG said no obstruction of justice.

If he wanted Mueller fired, he would have fired Mueller. He has a legal right to fire Mueller. That's not against the law. And your case is really weak if you're making the really dumb argument that blowing off steam telling someone to fire someone but not meaning it is obstruction of justice.

Don McGahn already testified for 30 hours. He was the White House Counsel and Trump can claim executive privilege at anytime. He let him testify already. Trump can end the circus if he wants. Mueller on the other hand can be compelled to testify and he probably will. A move the Democrats will regret.
