These are also the areas with large gatherings of rioters who ain't especially bothered with that social distancing thing. They do mostly wear masks because that's a tool of their criminal trade.

I'm working on it, along with some others, and you don't need to change the Constitution. Winner-take-all for the Electoral votes is a State decision, and you don't even need all the States doing it that way for the loser winning bs to never happen. I just think it should be in the Constitution so they can't change it back except by a repeal.

Nebraska has a unicameral legislature, they get by. Washington was said to have poured his tea into a saucer to cool it and then said that was how the Senate functioned. (OTOH the fantasy of Dirty Donnie in prison by now is just SOO satisfying)

The SCOTUS is meant to be undemocratic. Justice is very often not democratically determined. That's a main reason to have a Constitution

As for Floyd who was a career criminal who robbed a woman in her own apartment looking for money and drugs at gunpoint to her own stomach...is this guy who we wish to root for as even his last act was criminal.

Yes Chauvin also was a bully but is likely to go to prison for decades and may be lucky to get out alive.

Yes and Democrats have used the Supreme Court to get their way many times to go over the heads of American voters. FDR tried to pack it when he didn’t get his way. And nothing should be undemocratic. Were it’s decisions not in keeping with yours you would certainly agree.

The south at the time of the civil war included 6 million people excluding slaves. The North counted about 20 million. Assigning little value to a smaller population doesn’t work out well does it?

Wyoming doesn't rule California. Wyoming has 3 electoral votes and California has 55. Look at the electoral map and count how many States have to vote the same to cancel California.
