It is standard to keep everyone who is not an agent in another room to avoid interference and distractions. People tend to walk around and touch things and that means one or more agents would have to be dedicated to watching and managing.

BTW, though the DOJ is proceeding with publishing the warrant, the final decision is up to Trump. He must approve. He has been bitching about the warrant "being kept secret rather than published for everyone to see", so now we will see if he meant it.
