Comey usurped Lynchs authority, and with Sessions recused he thought he could do it indefinitely. Comey actually presented phoney evidence to force Lynch into recusal. Even J. Edgar didn't manufacture evidence for political extortion. Comey belongs in prison.

 

Don't expect the Dems obstruction in congress to end. They are determined to bring this President down by any means possible. The Washington establishment is uneasy, including some republicans. If a Democrat like McCaskill shows that she is willing to work on Healthcare, others may follow. If not, there will be more of the same at least through 2018 elections.

I'm saying Comey, FBI director Comey, presented fake evidence, evidence he knew was fake, to congressmen and colleagues. He did so to suit his own interest with blatant disregard to his office, and his oath. Comey will be brought to account for it.

 

You don't believe the FBI is obligated to conduct at least an internal investigation to determine exactly who informed Comey that the Lynch memo was fake, hen he was told, and what Comey did with it afterwards? Graham wants to know, and so do I. Additionally the FBI was caught sharing intel with private parties. Comey needs to explain his role, the nature of the intel, ID the parties he shared with, and his authority and purpose for doing so.

So now you think Mueller is going to bring obstruction charges and in the meantime allowing his star witness to testify before the charges are brought. You guys kill me use your damn brain, no one in their right mind that MIGHT bring charges would allow their star witness to testify other than in front of a court room, doing so could bury the case before it started. Senator Graham has stated that Comey testified in closed door hearings, and presented the fake Lynch memo as his legal justification for re opening the Clinton investigation. If Comey knew that memo was fake, at that time, he is going to prison.

There is no crime regardless of how much effort the left puts into manufacturing one.

 

It's not up to you or me to decide if there was crime, but we can learn what might constitute obstruction of justice. I googled to learn about it. You should do the same to avoid being ignorant.

 

It's absolutely clear that there is no obstruction of justice with regard to Trump's actions. Comey confirmed this today and will do the same tomorrow.
