    Which has nothing to do with Mueller not having the authority to indict. He could only recommend indictment which he did not becasue he did not find enough evidence. Mueller wasn't concerned with what the DOJ could or could not do regarding a sitting president.

    The State Department's own IG reported Clinton for her handling of classified information. And Comey confirmed Clinton mishandled classified information. But we all know an FBI Director would never have recommended charging the Democratic front runner with illegally storing classified information in a private server located at her residence.

    How many time must I say the president can’t be indicted before you understand?
    Maybe that could be challenged in court, but until then it’s the policy.
