Yes, thats what its called when you remove American state secrets from secure locations and store it in an unsecured location.

Negligence is all thats required to be guilty, and hillary is truely guilty.

Of course, shes also guilty of obstructing justice, for erasing the server and lying to everyone in America.

You pick, either way, shes completely guilty and the evidence is overwhelming.

 

In addition to general ignorance, it is easy to see that nearly all of Hill's defenders here:

1. have never personally had a U. S. Government security clearance
2. wouldn't know what a SCIF was if one of them jumped up and bit them on the ass
3. don't understand that the issue of whether there was "intent", per se, is not an automatic get-out-of-jail-card simply because a person pleads STOOPIDITY.

They were allowed to have private emails, they were allowed to delete their personal emails. 90% of her work related emails were sent to .gov addresses so they are in the system anyways. You guys are too desperate. You need something more than her just having a private server, since there was nothing illegal about that.

It would seem you already forgot about the four American lives killed in Benghazi. These four American lives have still been unjustified. Is this how we should treat those of service? According to Hillary, it was because of a youtube video. Even though before she addressed the public, she texted her family that it was a terrorist attack. Therefore it is absolute certainty that she lied (undisputed). She lied with American lives involved. And you still trust her. She's probably sipping on some expensive wine right now, laughing at you on how you will believe anything, and thanking you for her luxurious lifestyle. Did they ever show this video, or just make the claims? I sure would like to see what video would cause such horror.

yep it would be similar to democratic treason to get in hillarys way regardless of what she did, there is literally no other way i can envision a republican winning this election, just like the next one and the next one until the republicans decide to be more inclusive of key demographics - no one cares about character at this point, its about sticking it to the enemy (the opposing political party) at all costs

She explained those emails to investigators. And they "weren't discovered". They simply found them in their investigation because she sent them to a .gov address like she says she has been doing. If she wanted to hide emails and be secretive, she definitely wouldn't send them .gov addresses.
