The Deep State has been wiretapping and and investigating Trump for nearly 2 years now to little effect.
Mueller, his team and their tactics enhance trump's political strength. The raid on Cohen's office is a desperation move.

While all the time Trump's popularity numbers are going up. The American people are not stupid, they see the politics in all this. The reason for the probe was Russian Collusion. They gave up on that long ago. Next they tried the Obstruction of Justice card. Another dead end. Now they are going after his attorney for paying off bimbos? This is nothing but a witch hunt and the public sees this and are coming to his corner.

This certainly isn't the way the same group treated Hillary. They wrote a letter clearing her before they have even interviewed half the parties involved. They gave amnesty to a half dozen of her associates. They cited attorney / client privilege as an excuse for not interviewing her attorney. They even allowed her to destroy subpoenaed documents without penalty.

 

Mueller is conducting an obvious witch hunt, and ordinary Americans are now onto the scam.
Hence the desperation move against Trump's lawyer.
