No, the law firm is a well established one in Hawaii according to the interview.

 

Well, I'm sure that Orally will put them on her "in on the conspiracy" list.

She's not an officer for the DC District Court.
She's not an officer for the court in the district where she is delivering the subpoena.


Here's hoping she screws up, gets arrested for impersonating an officer of the court, loses her law license and is forced to return to dentistry/real estate.

Here is a link to the subpoena. It looks legit and the clerks signature from the court is clearly visable. I just read where a New York Times reporter will also be there to record the event. I think that maybe the law firm in Hawaii might have something to do with her able to get around the red tape of having the subpoena delivered since she doesn't practice in Hawaii.

And Corsi says a Hawaiian law firm will be involved? Well.....Corsi has a habit of making claims that somehow don't turn out like he says they will. Anyone remember him claiming he had a 'mole' in the Hawaiian State Government that he was going to announce- oh maybe two months ago?

I look forward to the hearing about this non-event tomorrow. There is a reasonably good chance that Orly will end up being fined again.

When this all first started happening, I'll be honest, I was hoping it turned out that he wasn't legit. But after all that's happened, I'm over it and think it's a non-issue.

 

It will happen at 10am Hawaii time.

 

Poor Orly.. She and her "posse" are the laughing stock of the legal profession.. This should be another laugh riot.

 

Hopefully, you'll report on the outcome. Even though we have so many more reasons today why this president should resign... it would save face for the Democrats if he was booted out because he's ineligible rather than booted out because he's totally incompetent. For their sake, I hope he's proven ineligible. Our country needs two viable parties... since Obama's election, we only have one.

absolutely nothing. it is not a valid subpoena. it wasn't signed by a judge. it has no legal weight. hawaii has already stated they have no intention of complying with bat(*)(*)(*)(*) crazy taitz's fake subpoena.

 

Good morning Rahl. I don't know if you saw the subpoena but the clerk in the Hawaii federal district court signed it instead of the Judge. Do you think it's legal?

I think most people understand at this point it's meaningless, they could easily stall anything until the election. Since he will be out anyway, it doesn't much matter...
