An operation led by U.S. Marshals late last year saw five missing teenage girls recovered in the New Orleans area, the federal agency announced.

The girls found during “Operation Boo Dat” — which took place from mid-October to Christmas Eve — were each between 14 and 17 years old.

They included sisters, ages 15 and 16, who were found in an apartment in Baton Rouge, La. Officials say the sisters may both be victims of criminal sexual activities.



Thank God they found them, I think some girls have made poor choices but then again no one deserves that kind of treatment, there is so bad in the world we need to teach them skills to avoid this thing , I think this can be because of father's who are absent? Thoughts?

 

Why would it be “absent fathers”?

 

Not necessarily absent anyone. What happened here? Were these girls just abducted off the street or what?

Abducting children and keeping them for years as sex slaves seems ridiculously easy, One guy they caught some while ago had been keeping teens in his back yard in a tent for years.

I still don't understand why we don't implant computer chips in our children, like we do with our cars and our pets

Because that’s a rampant problem that is almost never pointed out. Raising kids at home within a nuclear family is very beneficial to how a child grows up and who they become. It’s common sense.

 

Of course. I asked because you posted that kids should me microchipped. I didn't know if that was a cause you were championing because you can't keep up with your kids or because other people need to keep better track of theirs (or both).

It certainly can be because fathers are absent. Mothers too. The erosion of the family unit in general leads to this. Adults make terrible sex slaves because they arent as easily indoctrinated to view suffering as an acceptable lifestyle. So sex traffickers target children. Children with poor family connections are more easily groomed. Hug your kids, people! Even when they do things you don't like, they need you because this is the alternative.

I believe 99% of our kid's issues are due to parent's who are absent from the kids' life, we must be involved

I'm going to say something incredibly racist here, but when the 15 and 16 year old girls are Black it's most often not the same type of "abuse" as it is when the girls of a similar age are white.

In the African American community, it's not very uncommon for 15, 14 (even 13) year old girls to go out there and have lots of sex with many boys, oftentimes a little bit older.
Of course I'm not saying that's entirely right, but it's common, it's not abnormal.
I don't think these girls in this sort of situation are being "scared" the same sort of way that white girls would be.

 

"Boo Dat" seems to be a take-off from "Who Dat". The Who Dats are Saints fans. The "Boo" part of it comes in since this operation began in mid-October, so it's a Halloween reference.

 

That statement leads me to believe you do not have children or pets.

I am talking about something that can tracked, like a Lojac for your car. If it could find the child that would be enough.

Like I say, this guy was holding these teen girls for YEARS in a tent in his backyard. They were psychologically intimidated so they didn't escape and nobody else seemed to notice them. How many more are chained up in basements?

But it's not the ONLY way there is to raise children. Fathers are absent for all sorts of reasons, some actually die. It doesn't mean that all single parent households require State intervention, nor does it mean that stepfathers are always good.

 

So the plan is, instead of just being a decent parent, to implant an incredibly invasive instrument in a child. A child who will grow up to believe that having someone track your location and possible vital readings is a better solution that just being a good parent. This explains why you think only the gov should have guns and they are responsible for your health and wellness.
