There is no way to do this with any form of voting. There is nothing on a ballot that links it to any specific person...and this is by design.

 

We have throngs of examples of how Mail-in ballots were
outright mishandled in 2020.Over One thousand affidavits by
election workers { either very concerned or considered Whistleblowers }
documenting their individual concerns of Mishandling and/or outright fraud.

what took place.That is why hardly any judge would hear the Election

I and my wife and son voted by mail. We had to go online and request the ballot by putting in private information.

Then when it came we had to fill it out and mail it in with a signature on the envelope, which was verified by the county. My son's got rejected and he had to go prove he was legal to vote.

Once mailed we could track it to delivery, it being accepted and actually being added to the vote count. Cannot do any of that with an in-person vote, which you never know if it counted or not

For most of America’s history, from colonial days to the 1890s, keeping the content of your vote secret was almost impossible. There was no expectation that the vote should be secret and little understanding of how this could be accomplished even if it were a good idea. All elections for most of America’s history were organized to be non-secret.

The purpose, I would presume, of a legislative act to reform the election process, would be with the goal to make it less subject to fraud and abuse. Until meaningful audits, chain of custody controls, etc.. can be conducted, that goal cannot be accomplished. I would think that every American would want to be sure that elections are fair and honest. In 2016, half the country did not. In 2020, the other half the country did not. And which group you were in was wholly dependent on who's party won.

 

They clearly favor the left politically. Even so, their description of the Protect the Swamp Act should scare anyone who believes in Democracy.

Do a little homework and you will see that several States currently issue drivers licenses to illegals and of course non-citizens who are legal have always gotten licenses.

And a one day in advance registrations prevents any sort of meaningful verification and as we know onece an election is won it is a "done deal."

I have asked myself why are liberals trying to stack the deck so as to prevent future fair elections.

The only answer I can come up with is you people want to destroy our democracy.

States that issue licenses to illegals know they're illegal. They can't register to vote. And what is this background check you imply? People provide the necessary documentation and register. That's the end of the process. One day or a 100 makes no difference.

Of course "background check" is your word and implies a process more rigorous than is required to insure illegals don't vote.
