    The DOJ, FBI, IRS, etc were corrupt long before Barack Obama came on the scene, they were even corrupt long before the Clintons entered into the national spotlight. The federal agencies, other than the Secret Service all cam about due to the formation of the Federal Reserve Banking System of the United States and therein lies the problem. If the "Fed" and its system were destroyed, freedom would be experienced for the very first time in my life time, the Clintons would be in prison along with the entire pedophile/pederast ring that IS the governing body over the United States and of these United States.

    Conflicts of interest are all over the report but the IG states that they did not influence the investigation which clearly is not the case. Due to the significance of the Clinton scandal all prejudices in actuality or appearance should have been eliminated but they were not. The result was the Hillary ‘matter’ was a sham.

    The IG states on p iii of the Executive Summary –

    There were clearly tensions and disagreements in a number of important areas between Midyear agents and prosecutors. However, we did not find documentary or testimonial evidence that improper considerations, including political bias, directly affected the specific investigative decisions we reviewed.​

    So, nobody stated it, wrote it down and signed it in blood.

    Horowitz himself is now obviously part of the new layer of obstruction providing cover for Comey's/Lynch's/Clinton's main-event obstruction of justice. The corruption has become vast, nested, and labyrinthine. This is all being manipulated and controlled by some projection of the Clinton Machine and/or the Democrat Party itself.

    The only thing that seems certain is that the whole damned Clinton/Comey/Lynch/Abedin/FBI cabal is going to get completely away with ALL of this....

    Bullshit. It absolutely did, in addition to demonstrating that they were WILLING TO TAKE OFFICIAL ACTION to EFFECT THE ELECTION. (Page XII of the OIG Report)

    The IG just admitted he couldn't LEGALLY PROVE that bias effected their actions, while providing MASSIVE PROOF OF BIAS.

    Not everyone is a high level FBI official in charge of investigating high crimes clearly using those investigations to try and sway the election. And the IG did not say it didn't, he has no way of knowing, only that they didn't admit it or write it down on paper.

    That’s a hell of an argument. There’s no evidence but that doesn’t make them innocent?

    "The May 17 email also commented on language in the initial draft that it was “reasonably likely that hostile actors gained access to Secretary
    Clinton’s private email account.” Strzok stated"

    The same guy that said in text messages that Trump would never be President was crafting Comey's words why “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case,”.

    On page 248.......

    “FBI investigation and forensic analysis did not find evidence confirming that Clinton’s email server systems were compromised by cyber means.”

    That was after Clinton's server was wiped with Bleachbit. This case cries out for a Special Prosecutor.
