The acquittal doesn't affect me one way or another.. I know you see George as an innocent victim. I don't. I see him as a very culpable dumba$$.

However, what I think doesn't matter.. George will come to a bad end through no one's fault but his own.

Yes he did as the NEN transcripts and Zimmerman description to the NEN dispatcher showed.

The only person engaged in imaginations is you.

When are you going to back up your claims or admit they were fallacious?

Listen to the NEN tapes AGAIN.

I am not competing with you at all nor do I have any desire to crush your ego. Act like an adult.

you have speculated, but not proven, that Zimmerman only stopped TM because he was black. you can't prove that, so your statistics are suspect, at best.

the only way to prove Zimmerman was racially profiling is if there were white teenagers also walking around and Z just let them go, but then followed Martin.

but since there was a lack of white teenagers walking around the neighborhood at night in the rain.... you are simply race-baiting because you have an agenda of "blame whitey"... (even when the suspect isn't white but you're too embarrassed to admit you jumped to the conclusion that Z was white, but don't want to admit you were wrong)

George had confronted another group of young black men walking in the neighborhood during the daylight hours.. They were interviewed on television... and it was written up in the news. He demanded to know their names but refused to identify himself.

In addition to playing as if he were a police officer, he fancied himself a "profiler"... He convinced himself that TM was "up to no good"... just by watching himwalking home in the rain.

yep. With Holder wanting to charge him with a civil Rights violation through the Black Panthers putting a price on his head, and folks like you wanting his blood spilt, the guy has no chance whatsoever......
show him to the Pearly Gates and end those suffering under his acquittal. Give them mercy and kill GZ...omg...and they talk about tolerance and love...what a joke

Looking for an unknown, suspicious person who fit the description of people breaking into apartments in the area? Yes. Are you saying that was illegal?

Then why did the dispatcher say "OK, we don't need you to do that"?

his claim that it is illegal for a white man to confront a black man.. that stance is purely racist

I've noticed a pattern similar to that; that, according to him, what black people do to white people is okay and just, but what white people do to black people is racist. An odd reaction, but no less hateful than I've seen many others take.

ok, if black kids are the only ones wandering the neighborhood, he can't very well, confront white teens "up to no good", now can he.

again, criminally profiling is not the same as racially profiling.

You aren't making much sense to me.

wow... you must wake up looking for racism.... lol

no, but if there was ONLY black kids wandering around in the neighborhood, it's pretty hard to be upset when black kids are profiled when they are the ONLY ONES walking around at night.

if there were white kids and Z didn't confront them, then turned right around and confronted a group of black kids, that tells you he was RACIALLY profiling.

what you have is speculation that he followed TM only because he was black.. maybe he followed him because he was acting suspicious, dressed in a hoodie walking around at night in the rain. Idon't care what color you are.... if there are teens walking around my neighborhood like that, I'm suspicious, no matter WHAT color they are. Z can't help that the only kids wandering around his neighborhood were black.

No.. Its not suspicious... In my neighborhood dozens of teens and young adults walk to school and to work at all hours in all kinds of weather every day... wearing hoodies and talking on cell phones.

Fine, so a lone person on a rainy, dark night walking through the neighborhood wouldn't attract your attention. You'd just ignore it and go back to the television or Internet?

I don't have to as I also repeatedly posted the transcript before the trial, if you believe it shows something different then post it.

Can the petty juvenile condescension you are no position to engage in in with your fallacious postings. YOU claimed to have superior knowledge of the law over the rest of us therefore YOUR interpretation of the law superior.

Prove it then else withdraw you claim and your assertion about it.

Yes AFTER he had exited the car AFTER the NEN dispatcher had told him to keep and eye on him, to let them know what he did and which way he went and was already heading towards the T junction. NOT before. It was perfectly reasonable that he got out of his car.

And what was Zimmerman's immediate response?

Zimmerman says OK. He had no idea where Martin was at this point.

Blaming the dispatcher is BS, but agreed Zimmerman didn't know where Martin was until Martin confronted him.

It's fact, read the transcript. FACT three times he told Zimmerman to let him know what the suspicious guy did and told to let him know which way he ran. What are you denying? Zimmerman getting out of his vehicle was a perfectly natural response to what the NEN dispatcher had requested of him and it added no culpability to Martin's ultimate death that night. It is not a blame just a simple fact.

The facts are that both Zimmerman and the dispatcher were aware of NW protocol regarding suspects. Knowing that protocol, the dispatcher's request to keep an eye on the suspect and continue reporting while dispatching a squad car to the scene was natural with the natural expectation Zimmerman would adhere to NW protocol.

It's only when the dispatcher realized that Zimmerman was exiting the vehicle that he realized Zimmerman was giving chase. Not that there's anything illegal with that, only that it isn't advised nor NW protocol. Again, blaming the dispatcher is wrong here. Zimmerman is responsible for his own actions just as Martin is responsible for his.

Excellent post, Max... The information is important. Anyone who carries a gun should be mature and have good judgment.

Agreed, but good luck measuring that or denying a person their rights based on what is popularly defined as "mature and good judgment".

I'd rather we focus on what is legal and what is advise or protocal. Zimmerman didn't do anything illegal. However, he did violate NW protocol by being alone, carrying a gun and pursuing a suspect. As the link below notes,
