Amen. I, too, am very familiar with this case. The amount of fake news and politicized spin surrounding this case is astonishing. Proof that there really is a sucker born every minute. These aren't just people who are uninformed, they're people who don't want to be informed. Worse, some of them I suspect know the truth, but intentionally choose to ignore it in favor of their favorite race baiting narratives instead. "Sad"!

I’d be glad to make a donation somewhere if I could be guaranteed never to hear “George Zimmerman” again.

Zimmerman got off because his guilt could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. The preponderance of the evidence, however, is something else. It is fairly clear that Zimmerman set up and exacerbated a situation that led to Martin's death, which he could have ended unilaterally at several times and which death he then directly caused. That's pretty much the definition of wrongful death right there.

Oh the old OJ canard, how many times and for how many decades are you going to use the totally inept trial and judge? Want to guess how many I can post where they were acquitted because they were innocent? And with Zimmerman even the Obama DOJ Civil Rights Division said it was self-defense. But I guess YOU know better.

We had testimony to his words and he left the safety of the apartment to go and confront Zimmerman and then proceeded with his beat down.

His self defense was proven within that doubt. The preponderance of the evidence also prevailed at trail and with the Civil Rights Division of the Obama DOJ. And you got your timeframe screwed up again. He did exactly as he was advised.

If you shoot a dog who is attacking you and threatening you with seriously bodily harm that is also self-defense.

Absolutely the truth and there was no stalking, he was not "repeatedly told to stand down" and Martin created the situation that led to his death.

Win based on what, they have no ground to stand on. Both the trial and the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ said it was self defense. What do they have that trumps that?

Lol...Well, you might have all the right-wing racist memes memorized, but the truth of what happened still eludes you.

Zimmerman left the safety of his car to later kill Martin.... he should not of even been armed, he should have reported it to police and let the police handle it rather then stalking Martin in the middle of the night

even after he knew Martin was innocent, he told Hanity he would not change a thing if he could do it over as he believed it was God's plan for him to kill Martin

And yet the definition of not guilty is NOT innocent...

    Sort of a conundrum....

However, George Zimmerman is only one of those two things.... Not Guilty...

Leave it to a race baiter to call the transcript of the call with the dispatcher a "right-wing racist meme". Guess truth is "racist" now.

And that he did it in self defense. Whether you want to admit it or not.

Except of course, it was. Which is why he was acquitted.
