“Hello police? Yes a non-white person appears to exercising their 2nd Amendment Rights in their own home!”

“We’re coming right away! We’ll kick the door of the first non-white person we see and stick guns in his face!”

I wonder if we’ll be hearing nothing but deafening silence from the NRA about the government kicking in someone’s door because he might have had a rifle.

You're quotes do not appear in your linked article and appear to be fabrications.

    You left this part out:

When officers arrived at the scene, they knocked on the door of the apartment described by the caller. A person inside answered the door while wearing underwear and latex gloves, refused to answer questions and slammed the door shut, police said.

“Fearing for the female’s safety, officers forced entry. The purpose was to check and see if the female was injured or needing assistance,” police said. “In emergency situations such as this, officers are not required to have a search warrant if they have a reasonable belief that a person may be in immediate danger.”

The person was detained while officers searched the home to see if anyone inside was injured, police said. He was released after officers didn’t find anyone else inside.

Your claim that "the government kicking in someone’s door because he might have had a rifle" is also unsupported by your article and appears to be yet another unsourced fabrication.

Plus a race card in the OP's first sentence. Is that a new record?

There was no female in his apartment. Watch the video. A woman called the cops to inform them that a “Hispanic male” was in HIS OWN HOUSE with a rifle.

And the police came with AR-15’s to deal with that “crime”. They should have told the nosy bitch that a Hispanic male having a rifle in his own house isn’t illegal.

Instead they, with zero warrant or any evidence of any crime being committed, kick in the door of someone who 100% within his rights denied them entry and put guns in his face.

Watch the video. The police were responding to reports of the “crime” of a “Hispanic male in his home with a rifle”.

Coming armed, kicking in the door of a person with no warrant, and putting guns in his face because of reports that “a Hispanic male might have a rifle in his home” isn’t wrong?

Yes, race is mentioned to help identify the person police have never seen before.

Such as "White male, 5'10, grey shirt exiting the gas station with a knife".

Are you claiming now police cannot identify suspects based on hair color, race, gender, possible age? Or what hurt your little feelings?

No, what I’m saying is that a Hispanic male in his own home with a rifle is not a ****ing crime and the police should not have come at all, let alone kick in the door of a random person.

Did he admit that he did time and was a felon on the video? Are you suggesting that felons should have second amendment rights?

If the cops had a legitimate reason to think anyone in the apt was in danger, they don't need a warrant. And no one, not even the dog, was harmed so there's no excessive force issue.

“The caller told us they believed the male to be in a violent dispute with a female and was making threats to her,” police said. “The caller then specified the apartment this was taking place in. The caller then said they could hear banging on their door and walls and said they were afraid for their safety.”

Why are you saying this has anything to do with race? What evidence do you have that the officers involved are racist? What about the dispatcher?

There's no ounce of racism. Just your alt left twist on the story

He didn’t even have a gun. There was never a gun found by cops.

What reason did they have to believe anyone was in danger?

I edited post 14 to include this quote from the article.

“The caller told us they believed the male to be in a violent dispute with a female and was making threats to her,” police said. “The caller then specified the apartment this was taking place in. The caller then said they could hear banging on their door and walls and said they were afraid for their safety.”

I should take the Rightwing apologists advice on this thread and start calling the police on every single person I see legally exercising their 2nd Amendment Rights.

Do whatever you want. But what you've cited has nothing to do with racism. Shows that you're trying to reach for racism. And you failed miserably.

Why bring up race at all if any random person with rifle now counts as a crime for the police to investigate?

I’d love to see the transcript of the 9/11 call. Notice the police in the video never mention any of that?
