You're entitled to your opinion but I believe that this news conference gave DJT the platform to prove that he is few notches above few journalists and news outlets in the USA when it comes to moral high ground. That tells a lot about the state of the U.S media and journalism.

There is no full report on this latest nonsense. The story has been around almost a year and couldn't be verified.

if you have a list of accusations and some of them you find totally false and the others you cant prove one way or the other the false ones you found rightfully cast doubt on the others
you are even allowed to do that in legal cases if a witness is caught lying the attorney is allowed to tell they jury the can draw the conclusion the rest of what the witness sad is also lies. you can have whole testimonies stricken for being caught lying

OMG, Anderson Cooper keeps going round and round with Kellyanne Conway. She keeps trying to say the story CNN ran is false. That story was that Intelligence chiefs presented claims circulating to Trump; that Trump was advised about the evidence circulating in the intel community. CNN never disclosed what those claims were, like buzzfeed did, they only claimed Trump had been advised. She keeps trying to make it about the Buzzfeed story, but CNN had nothing to do with that.

But when asked if Trump was advised, as CNN actually reported, Trump and Conway say they can't discuss intelligence briefings! Jeeez!!!!

 

To deny there is a problem with the way our media reports news, specifically CNN and their extremely biased method of reporting/skewing facts, not verifying or fact checking, etc, is to deny reality.

But you are being part of the problem. I am sure you are intelligent enough to know I speak the truth but yet your agenda of defending everything liberal clouds your judgement. If more people cared about right/wrong correct/incorrect truth/untrue we would not have this problem.

Just in CNNs headline alone they lied twice one that Trump was presented the memos and two it wasn't because the Intel officials was warning Trump he has been compromised by Russia. the Intel officials brought but not presented the two-page summary it was to give Trump an example of unvetted "disinformation."

True. But they didn't list any specifics. Buzzfeed did that. They only said he was briefed as a two-page printed [not verbal] addendum.

CNN has multiple sources and are standing by their story. NBC has one source. You are randomly cherry picking what you want to be true.

Trump wouldn't deny that he was briefed and said he can't talk about intelligence briefings.

Trump did give ethics the finger and said he was going right on running the family business out of the White House.

He did rant and rave and threaten the media.

He did big foot his own party leadership.

And he did strut, bellow and bluster.

This is only the latest. He begrudgingly admitted that the Russians were responible for the hacking.

The evidence of Trump dealings with Russian oligarchs and gangsters are all over legal documents in several countries. Some of these deals went spectacularly bad too.

But, bluster and strut is about as moral as he'll ever get.

 

If a proposal was tabled to do so, he could. But the GOP is ineffective as a party(that hasn't changed, and no one disputed it), furthermore, Trump has no links with the GOP. The biggest difference between a business and government, is that as a business owner you hire your workers and you effectively control the means of production.

But unless the party leadership is lock and step with you(and it rarely is, even for Obama.), they're going to do their own thing. Which IMO is a part of today's government instability. Trump does indeed have a lot to learn, that I confess he may never want to learn.
