"Handlebar" is like a shopping cart, push pull. Steering stops (like on a motorcycle fork) limit the degree of the turning radius. It's rather wide and needs a decent turn, distance. It's stable but has it's limits.

I had an N95 mask that I bought a few years ago to cut the
lawn during the height of the Alergy season.
I finally wore it this morning at Wal*Mart.I felt kinda silly.
Plus I had to quickly watch a video to explain how to put on
the mask.I knew it had to be almost air tight. But I dint know how
to get around those 2 rubber bands. You take the bottom one
and wrap it around yer head first. Then the top rubber band.
    I think about 1 in 3 people in Wal*mart had a mask or a
piece covering their mouth and nose. Most the employees did not
have a mask on.Maybe because it slows them down.Furthermore none
of the vendors had a mask on.I Lucked out and got a new package of
Pepperridge Farm Rye { seeded } right off the rack.I saw only Non-seeded
and started lifting the the blue racks to find a Seeded. The Bread guy
    kept saying ... we have it.Right here.I said { with a mask on }
Yeah I need seeded. They had all kinds of Non-seeded.
The guy pulled out a Non-seeded Rye.I lifted the rack higher
and found a Seeded about half way into the bread rack.
    I said ... Seeded.Not Non-seeded.

Hiking. Got a terrible leg cramp down my right thigh but did at least 20 miles over two days. Look forward to doing it more.

That's excellent. At this point I have relearned two Japanese katas, one Okinawan kata, one Chinese fighting set and have nearly finished learning a second Chinese fighting set. Perhaps at the end of next week I will learn one more Chinese fighting set; and then that will be it for a while. I have no idea what I will do after that. To my surprise I have not re-injured either my neck or my knees.

I tho't I'd be able to use the extra time to get a lot of project done.. which I have, unfortunately for me.. wiffey has used the time to dream up new projects! Planted a new tree (after driving 180 miles round trip.. twice! to buy them) and a couple of plants that have been sitting under the carport for many months.. Good news is.. we have one tree left over and no good place to put it.. so I may be done planting trees.. I do have a place picked out to start a cutting (with roots) off a fig tree a friend has. and tha t is it! well one more tho',now I want to put in an irrigation line for all of them.. I, by magnitudes, do have more trees than anyone else in town.

Yep, this is definitely the sort of stuff you want to do before the heat of summer comes into play.

Classic-Small.jpg ~ I had too much ice cream again this week. Got another container last night. Enjoyed the rain last week. Cleaned the curtains and did laundry. My cats are happy ...

I'm now in my best shape since entering my sixties because of several weeks worth of daily martial arts practice. I've relearned four old fighting sets (katas) and learned one new one. Granted, all it amounts to is blocking, punching, and kicking air, but it's done with good form and a great deal of both speed and power, thus giving the body a decent workout. So it goes.

They just announced that the stores are going to start limiting how much meat can be purchased here. Sigh.

Yes, it's probably going to become an issue, which is ironic since Texas raises a great deal of stock of various sorts.

    Uh.. no.

I was really trying to work around to finishing the brake rebuild on my bike.. that would be inspirational

I have driven by the rental (at least three times) to admire the yard I did on Tuesday..

must have been the first time in years it looked so good, and it should, I started with just the weedwacker and a rake.. before I got done I had the chainsaw, hoes , shovels, trimmers, etc and the tractor on it.
