Just goes to show that some EU farmers are happy to sit on their arses while other countries subsidise them.

Bollocks, the 70's referendum was not about being part of the EU, as the EU didn't even exist until November 1st 1993, the UK joined the EEC after the referendum in 1973. The EEC was created to help promote trade between it's member countries., and was absorbed (without any mandate from the populations of it's member countries) after the Maastricht Treaty was signed.

CAP funding had been reducing since 1984 (from 71% of the EU budget to 39% in 2013) with France being the biggest winner overall (approx 10.5 billion Euros, compared to the UK's 4 billion.) .. no wonder the French are "Pro-EU", after all it was the French who insisted on the CAP in the first place in return for agreeing to free trade in industrial goods. ... except of course it was a disaster, leading to over-production and the creation of "mountains" and "lakes" of surplus food and drink. The Community also taxed imports and, from the 1970s onward, subsidised agricultural exports. These policies have been damaging for foreign farmers, and made Europe's food prices some of the highest in the world.

You will never be as happy as the majority of the UK are .. finally the millstone around our necks is going to be removed.

Fantastic!!! We can agree! If the EU doesn't suite or benifit us, then what good the EU?

Yes the EU has been bad for British Industrial exports, for British agricultural exports, for British fisheries (Spanish & French over fishing our territorial waters)

And now after all those issues had been ignored by so many for so many years; the final slap on our face is that that British Culture, British Governance & British Society has been swamped by foreigners. We finally want rid of you dirty EU scum. Thank goodness we will finally rid ourselves of your foreign benign influence. A cancer within our society!

My only fear is that those corporatists filth that run the EU will buy off the British politicans to ultimately enslave us to the EU jack boot.

If they do ... then they should not be surprised if they are hung from the nearest lamp post, just like Mussolini & what should have happened to Hitler & what should happend t all those pro-EU scum that try to enslave us.
