Considering moments before he was bashing the so called white nationals and also mentioned there were all types of people there, when he mentioned good people on both sides he was obviously not referring to the people he just bashed.

LOL. Have you ever stopped to wonder why white males held the purse strings? Or why sexism and racism worked in white males' favor and not against them? Or why white males colonized the world and no other race/sex did?

 

I'm a straight White male so am hardly in a position to understand other races but I have heard something about African men, Asian men and Middle Eastern men often being sexist themselves, sometimes even racist. Could this possibly be true?

One of the things that people like you in general fail to account for when it comes to female representation is that most women don't feel like they have to have women in office in order to be represented. If a male in office supports and votes for the policies a woman supports, then she doesn't feel any particular need to replace that male with a female. And males have needed female votes since 1920. So no, women are not underrepresented by the GOP, because it doesn't require women to represent women. Women are not a voting block and do not share common values or common policy positions. For example, the left likes to portray abortion as a "women's issue", but the reality is that about equal numbers of women are pro-life vs. pro-abortion. So Republicans represent women on abortion as much as Democrats do, regardless of what sex the candidate is.

One of the things that feminists have never been able to wrap their heads around is that most women don't hate men. Most women have fathers and brothers and husbands and sons that they love and care about, and so any attempt to divide men and women along sex lines falls on deaf ears. You cannot make women support other women simply based on sex. This is what Hillary Clinton tried to do and she ended up getting fewer white women's votes than Obama did.

 

By the end of the year a majority or very close to a majority of Democrat presidential candidates will be drawn from the -30% of the population who are white, straight males. The OP & those who agree with him won't have a problem with this over representation of one particular group. That is 'normal' for them, which is presumably why they are so comfortable voting for a political party that is basically an affirmative action program for a group representing less than 30% of Americans.
