"Dismantling the cdc." Now yet ANOTHER claim! How did he "dismantle" the CDC? It still exists doesn't it?

He has prevented the cdc from doing it’s job and disbanding the pandemic panel and by not following the pandemic pan book and recommendations accumulated by previous presidents. This plan book was a continuation of the work done by all previous presidents, not just OBama.

The pandemic plan which the Obama administration came up with certainly seems like a good start, but it should be noted that it was devised 5 minutes before he left office. And there was no guaranteed that it wouldn't have been dropped.

And the CDC requires the President's permission to work on pandemic plans?

And presumably they don't require the President's permission to work on prevention.
