Are they kidding. And impeached President, impeached for raising is hand in a federal court and then committing perjury and obstruction of justice, is going to swear in the NYC mayor? The absurdity of the Democrats and leftist putting this man on a pedestal just goes beyond the pale.

"Former President Bill Clinton will swear in Bill de Blasio as New York City’s 109th mayor during Wednesday’s inaugural ceremony at City Hall, the mayor-elect’s transition team said Saturday."

Clinton was impeached, he was not convicted in the Senate. Perhaps if the House had impeached him for something other than a blow job, he might have been convicted.

    Impeached AND disbarred.

This scumbag is the front man, the titular (in every sense) head of the Democrats.

Nice work. Back to back Scumbags-in-Chief

PERJURY. Got it? LYING UNDER OATH TO A COURT OF LAW!

And to the best of my knowledge, Clinton never sucked anyone off. That's a lie. And it might go double for Hillary.

Doesn't really bother me, but if I were a New Yorker, I would probably prefer it be someone else like a local judge or priest or something. At least it isn't Rev. Al.

    Go ahead and defend that.

    Greetings,

I wonder what the world would have been if the GOP wasn't fixated on a blowjob and was focusing on security. The blood on the hands of the GOP. They are the most dedicated to the cause. Love from below.

    Greetings,

Thank you for being a supporter of the cause. Much love from below. Yes perjury. Perjury. Everyone nod in agreement. It is a beautiful thing to see.

Wasn't it actually during 2 depositions? Not quite in "A COURT OF LAW"?

Hey, I despise Clinton as much as the next person,
but why such a big emphasis and so much focus on a blowjob that happened like almost 20 years ago?
Its not like he hasn't been back in the clear public view since then either,...heck, he stumped for Ol' Barry, "President" of the United States,
far worse a person than Bill de Blasio and yet I don't remember hearing anybody raising a fuss over any blowjobs back then...

...plus he's sort of also been stumping for Hillary,...but I guess that's understandable...

He committed perjury before a grand jury and when you testify before a grand jury, you are under oath. A grand jury is convened by a court, but is not an open court of law. However, perjury before a grand jury is just as bad as perjury in open court.

    Oh, I see.

So the claim that it was in "A COURT OF LAW" was factually incorrect.

    Right?

Who cares? Since when did you become so self-righteous? As usual you left out half of the story. It would have been more accurate to say that he was impeached by the House and house only. He was never impeached by the Senate, so your opening line is not accurate.

I don't know why you are so hung up on semantics, but I have some bad news for you: A grand jury is considered a court of law. It is not an open court of law but it is considered a court of law.

You said he perjured himself at a deposition. A grand jury is not a deposition. A deposition is an action which takes place outside of court. There are no judges present at a deposition, but there is a judge present for grand jury testimony. However, it should be noted that you can be charged with perjury for lying at a deposition as well because you are sworn in during depositions.

    I know.

They have NOTHING. Clinton was a lying POS, just like Obama, and he was disbarred for his perjury.

And they're butt hurt because they worship this scumbag.

The emphasis should be on his support for a very radical leftist, the new mayor. Not left of center, but far left radical.

Feel free to debate it. The person was agreeing and extending my remarks, he's on my side. Your turn.

He was impeached and not removed from office as he should have been.

Can you point me to the article of impeachment that said "blow job"? He was impeached for committing perjury and obstruction of justice in a federal court, both felony offenses.

Um, yeah, which is why I noted the perjury was form depositions.

Rev. AL engaged in his own obstructions but the fact remains Clinton grossly violated his oath of office when he committed his offenses in a court of law. And we haven't even touched on his abuse of women whom he had employment and political power over.

    - - - Updated - - -

So if a President walks into a court of law and commits perjury and obstruction of justice Congress should just ignore it?

That is in a court of law with the Judge sitting right there, the attorney's conducting the depositions are officers of the court and the false affidavit was entered into the court.

But do tell me the attorney who has ever told you that you are not subject to a charge of perjury and obstruction if you lie in a deposition.

    Try felonies.

He did it right in front of Judge Wright after her warning him he MUST testify truthfully to all inquiry about his behaviors with subordinate workers.

No it is factually correct, his perjury before the federal grand jury came during the inquiry into his perjury in a court of law, Judge Wright's court.

ROFL, anyone who cares for the law and the office of the Presidency should care. And the Senate does not impeach, the House impeaches and Clinton remains impeached. The Senate has one role, to decide whether to remove an official who has been impeached from office. Get your facts straight.
