Impressions Of Omarosa

Over the years I have developed a sense of people's personalities and have found there are not that many types of personalities. So does anyone want to put out there their opinion of Omarosa? I'll go first -- My first thought was "Hell has no fury like a woman scorned". I believe Omarosa came along at a time when blacks were moved up the ladder far beyond their abilities. In short Omarosa was spoiled by the system. As in some departments there can be a person who is always stirring up problems and they must be fired for being a disrupting force in the work place. There are also some who are hired and just don't produce. I believe Oramosa was both incompetent and a disrupting force. Kelly, being a military man, is used to a system where you must get along and if you can't produce you are replaced. Oramosa failed both tests and Kelly acted responsibly by firing her. And I will bet there are those in the White House tonight who are saying, "It's about time". As the MSM keeps courting Omarosa the public will clearly see the type of rotten person she is. The MSM may never see that because she serves their agenda. Any other opinion of Omarosa?

 

If she's as bad as you say, she'd be quite typical of the kind of people Trump regularly hires and works with, i.e. one of those "best people" he likes to brag about, because Trump values loyalty to him personally above all else. His fragile, money-backed ego needs that and will pay lavishly to receive and reward it. Omarosa seems to have benefited from just that, like so many others before her. Obviously if she does something that Trump will perceive as betrayal, he will lash out and attack her, as he's already done, and as he's done with his old fixer and plenty of others before.

 

Sometimes people do not work out as well as expected. Maybe Trump is a bad judge of character. Regardless, Omarosa violated very basic security procedures by taking a recording device into the White House Situation Room. Apparently she was trouble and Kelly recognized it and fired her.

Condi Rice was from the same generation - she has an IQ far above yours, training and education far above yours, her list of academic and international affairs accolades and merits is longer than your arm - but in your mind, she isn't qualified because, "blacks were moved up the ladder...?". Crazy crap, there, dude.

 

Omarosa is an opportunist and Trump haters are suckers.....a match made in heaven.

 

Trump is good in that he recognizes failure and fixes it immediately, he doesn't hold on to the problem.

Nobody is going to pick the perfect people out of the gate, nobody.

You basically hire people based on a piece of paper and a short interview with them and hope for the best. If it doesn't work out then you move on.

 

Oh what a load. She was his darling on The Apprentice. And he has praised her for being such a wonderful person plenty of times.

Just like the current White House. To Trump. it is just a reality show, basically a game. For people affected by his decisions, not so much.

Omarosa is a perfect example of a hot girl thinking shes super smart, because every guy trying to get in her pants has told her so......

 

So here we are. A staffer snake attacking a president snake. Neither of whom has an ability to control their instincts to engage in personal attack, revenge, and muck raking. Trump kept her on "because she said nice things about me." Trump got played by his like minded student. They deserve each other.

 

You have a valid point and I appreciate you pointing it out. On the other hand, and specifically, maybe you have never worked in a major industry where you had hiring and firing responsibility. I have. In fact my company had a policy of recruiting blacks to train for management positions. I can tell you first hand that policy resulted in many blacks in positions that were far over their heads. Some of the incompetent ones were kept and some were fired. Those fired were fired for breaking company rules and none were fired for their glaring incompetence. I posted from my experience and stated facts. And I'll take bets that Omarosa would still be working in the White House if she had not been a disruptive force, despite her incompetence.

I can agree that one can reduce the number of personalities, generally by limiting the evaluation to the key factors that make them what they really are and ignoring the superficial things that are mostly what you might call marketing,the image the person creates for public consumption. This is a very valuable skill; makes you aware of the way the person thinks and what they are capable of. I've had people asked if I was psychic- as in , how did you know they would do that? The signs were, there, I just ignored the camouflage.

While the information I am aware of is limited to the news about Omarosa, I do see a person who is long on the facade and short on the character and integrity factors that make a person trustworthy or reliable. There are certain lines you do not cross, regardless of the situation. Omarosa see those as negotiable to her convenience. Situation ethics- I appear honorable when it serves my purpose to appear honorable- would describe what I see. I believe she is totally a self-serving person, lacking the understanding of what it takes to be part of something larger than herself. Personally, the moment I saw that characteristic in a person they would be never be allowed close enough to anything important in my world to do any damage.

 

Omarosa is a black version of Stormy Daniels

 

Maybe you just weren't good at hiring?

 

She appears to be just the type of lying incompetant that constitutes the majority of Trump appointees. .

 

So he slept with her. Guess that proves Trump isn't a racist.
