    Maybe not. It's always a crap shoot. If you ever get into a position of hiring people you will realize that. I see the difference in the Trump White House they will fire incompetent and malcontents where all the other administrations were reluctant to fire and just let the losers hang around. That is typical of our government. I salute Kelly for the firing. Trump hired and Kelly fired. Not a bad solution. Listening to the tape I say Kelly handled the firing well.

    I hired people for 30 years. If you concluded that an entire race of people in a particular location, the United States, at a particular point in time, was lacking in enough trainability, and intelligence, to be in a management position, you were hiring the wrong people.


    See this guy Devin McCourty. Trust me, you want this guy no matter what your company does. Now, you either know that or you don't. That's how you hire.
