I don't have any educated opinion of her. I do believe it was a significant mistake for the President to hire anyone related to the TV show, he should have known better, and should have foreseen this very thing happening.
I suspect it will sell well, but will be far less successful than some of the others that were not instantly discredited by NPR and WaPo. Omarosa was not well prepared for her book tour.
Perhaps, but on reflection she did not have the chops to do him any real damage. Omarosa was quickly outed as a liar. The controversy seems to have actually helped Trump. His approval numbers hit 50% today. What are the approval numbers for his opposition - the MSM and Congress?
That has apparently already happened. Perhaps Stormy will take the handcuffs off her lawyer and lend him to Omarosa for a while.
I created my impression of O watching her on Big Brother. Can't say that I was unhappy when she got evicted. All of her histrionics in the house seem to demonstrate to me at least why she felt the federal law wasn't applicable to her, and why she flouted the law so publicly. And while, perhaps, the District might be a one party consent jurisdiction, there are many legislative curbs in place, not the least of which was her signed NDA, her employment agreement, etc, plus the federal records laws, etc, that explicitly make it a crime for her to have "recorded" these conversations. Plus, because those may actually be considered state secrets, clearly, she is not the classification authority here, and has, probably created a classified record for which she hasn't followed federal law in both recording, or maintaining. Gosh. So many legal perils here, why isn't Mueller free to prosecute this??
You would be wrong. Employees can, and are bound by those agreements that they sign as a part of their employment agreement. Snepp V US 1980s case confirms this. Garcetti v Caballos public employee can be fired for speech connected to their jobs, And while she does have a right perhaps McGehee v Casey, or US v Marchetti, to disclose non classified information, an NDA she willingly agreed to would be dealt with using Snepp. Not to mention that she also violated the law actually creating the recording. It's interesting that you're trying to excuse this.
She isn't revealing state secrets.. so no Trump's NDA won't stand up.. Anyone who doesn't tape Trump is a fool. He's a liar and has betrayed everyone who has ever worked with him.
It's obvious my hiring and productions standards were much higher than yours. BTW Dodger Dave -- I'm still waiting for you to answer the simple question I posed to you.
Again, he didn't actually say what you concluded in your second paragraph. Vast numbers of Blacks were raised dramatically above the true effectiveness of their educational quality and their real world experience in order to fill quotas. Leftists denying this does not actually change reality. Condi is a delightful exception to what for decades was the general rule for Blacks. Nowadays? From observations based in the south I think that most Blacks now EARN their positions in life. Mostly they now longer need the inherently unfair 'equalizer' of Affirmative Action. But for decades they not only needed it, they would not have gotten to this point if first at least one generation had not been artificially elevated well past the standard of the day. We now return this broadcast to standard and hysterical leftist shrieks of "Racist!"
