    The British Mandate explicitly states in its very preamble that it is to establish a national homeland for the Jews:


    "Whereas the Principal Allied Powers have also agreed that the Mandatory should be responsible for putting into effect the declaration originally made on November 2nd, 1917, by the Government of His Britannic Majesty, and adopted by the said Powers, in favour of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, it being clearly understood that nothing should be done which might prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country."

    The Arabs didn't own the land it was 90% Jewish owned and public lands administered by the British. The assertion that the Jews stole anything is a flat out lie you can't steal from the Arabs that which they did nother own and never owned.

    By 1948 the Jews had bought 6% of the land... The Brits never owned any land in Palestine.

    They did not, the overwhelming majority of land partitioned to the nascent Israel state were public lands under British administration and was there's to do with as they wished.

    They were public lands under administration of the British and their's to do with as they wished:

    ARTICLE 1.

    The Mandatory shall have full powers of legislation and of administration, save as they may be limited by the terms of this mandate.

    ART. 2.

    The Mandatory shall be responsible for placing the country under such political, administrative and economic conditions as will secure the establishment of the Jewish national home, as laid down in the preamble, and the development of self-governing institutions, and also for safeguarding the civil and religious rights of all the inhabitants of Palestine, irrespective of race and religion.


    The Arabs never had any claim to those lands, they were not Arab owned they were state lands under direct British administration who was granted authority by the league of nations to distribute as they saw fit.

    The Arabs had not rights to lands they didn't own:

    Beerheba IE the Negev was 85% public land under British Administration and constituted the bulk of the land partitioned to the nascent state of Israel, the Arabs didn't own (*)(*)(*)(*) and the Jews stole nothing, once again the vast majority of land appx. 90% was either owned outright by Jews or were British Crown Lands IE Public Lands under direct British Administration to fulfill their mandate to establish a national home for the Jews as laid out in the preamble. You fail sir good day.

    It has never been superseded by any document and it has never been changed, the official Hamas policy is still laid out in their charter and it calls for the destruction of Israel and the extermination of world Jewry.

    Hamas never rejected violent means and never rejected the call for the destruction of Israel or the extermination of Israel, provide the treaty or agreement which they signed in which they agreed to a two state solution, I'll wait.

    You are simply lying about Hamas policy, their official policy was and is the destruction of Israel and the extermination of world Jewry, they have never renounced their charter, created a new document to supersede it or changed the document to take out the calls for the destruction of Israel or the extermination of world Jewry.

    Oh spare me, the settlements account for a grand total of 2% of the disputed territories and two thirds of the settlers live in cities which are built on approximately 90 total square miles amounting to suburbs of Jerusalem and those lands were not owned by anyone, if you disagree provide the Arab title over Ma’ale Adumim, Modiin Illit, Ariel, Gush Etzion, and Givat Ze’ev proving the Arabs are the legitimate owners of said land and have any legal claim to it whatsoever, again I'll wait.

    Beersheba was by far the largest district and accounted for nearly 70% of the land partitioned to the nascent state of Israel and it was 85% Crown Land, and approximately the other 30% of the land partitioned to Israel was to be in Tulkram and Haifa which if you look back at the first map was again largely public land or owned outright by Jews.

    Yes the ppl that made those maps lied.

    Its not "Palestine vs. Jewish" , it was all Palestine - Brit mandetory land, the ownership was mainly Arab and Jewish but Beersheva was Beduween and the North Christian.

    Arabs wish they owned all that land in 1946, I know its what they think they deserve but they never had it

    1949-1967 The "Palestinian land" was not Palestinian, Gaza was Egyptian and WB was Jordinian, never was it Palestinian.

    The 2000 map shows just area A and maybe B of the WB, its not a real mirror just made to annoy.

    Does the map accurately show the loss of Palestinian land since 1946?

    Yes.
    The map accurately depicts the land that has been forcibly taken from Palestinians since 1946, two years before Israel was established and the accompanying expulsion of between 750,000 and a million Palestinians to make way for a Jewish state.

    During and immediately following the state’s creation in 1948, Israel expropriated approximately 4,244,776 acres of Palestinian land. In the process, more than 400 Palestinian cities and towns were systematically destroyed by Israeli forces or repopulated with Jews.     No. Critics have focused on the fact that Palestine was not a sovereign and independent state prior to 1948, however the map did not claim that it was. The map purported to show “Palestinian Loss of Land 1946-present,” and it did precisely that, accurately. While it was not a recognized independent state under British rule in 1946, Palestine as a political entity existed prior to the formation of the state of Israel in 1948, going back to ancient times when it was a province of the Roman empire until more recently when it was British Mandatory Palestine, immediately preceding Israel’s creation.​​
    Were there real factual errors in the map?

    Yes. There were two factual errors in the map:

    ​It showed the Syrian Golan Heights, which have been under Israeli military occupation since the 1967 War, as part of Israel, although the international community, including the United States, does not recognize Israeli sovereignty over the area.
    The map also shows “Israel” existing in 1946. While British Mandatory Palestine did exist in 1946, there was no political entity called “Israel” until 1948.

    No its not, I explained why and if you had any arguments to make you would instead of copy paste from another site, the land wasnt all Arab and even the numbers come from Arab sources and not objective.
    Land was taken and deserted villages were built on but it means nothing to the maps you gave, it doesnt validate them and says nothing on % of ownership.
    Irrelevant to the maps you posted, occupation, settelments and rights were discussed in Oslo.

    "Palestine" was never indipendant not before 1948 and not till 1967, land loss was due to war the Palestinian started in order to banish Jews from their land - hence the loss of their land, this fact also is irrelevant to the maps you posted, that you keep saying theu are accurate doesnt mean they are.
    All it proves is you dont even read your own posts, you work on automatic mode :) you just have a ton of anti Israeli crap and you post without even reading, the word "Israel" is not mentioned in any of your maps....

    The land was not Arab in 1946, the whole South area was Beduween and North was Christian and Druze, 1949 - 1967 the land wasnt "Palestinian" but Egyptian and Jordinian and your 2000 map is wrong as well.

    Here are the real maps which actually differentiate between Public British Crown Land, Arab Owned Land, and Jewish Owned land:

What happened after '48 is irrelevant because the Arabs rejected the two state solution and attempted to push the Jews into the sea, they not only rejected the two state solution in '48 but they did it again in 2000 when they were offered a contiguous state along the 1967 borders comprised of all of Gaza, 97% of the West Bank, and a Capital in East Jerusalem.

    Today the settlements account for a grand total of 2% of the disputed territories and two thirds of the settlers live in 5 cities which are built on approximately 90 total square miles amounting to suburbs of Jerusalem and those lands were not owned by anyone, if you disagree provide the Arab title over Ma’ale Adumim, Modiin Illit, Ariel, Gush Etzion, and Givat Ze’ev proving the Arabs are the legitimate owners of said land and have any legal claim to it whatsoever.

    First the Arabs needs to resolve the Hamas/Fatah feud.
    They cannot even agree on one leadership without falling into civil war.
    The only thing that stands between the Arabs in Israel and the fate of their brothers in Syria are the Israelis.
    The only thing that stands between ISIS and the churches in the holy land is Israel.
    Otherwise all those world heritage would end up destroyed like Palmyra in Syria or the ancient cities in Iraq.
