Sorry guys mondoweiss is not MSNBC it is a radical anti-Jew anti-Israel website MSNBC apologized ans issued a retraction and you will now be getting the same treatment on your holocaust denial threads, either address the facts presented or they will be repeated until you do.

Here are the real maps which actually differentiate between Public British Crown Land, Arab Owned Land, and Jewish Owned land:

85% of Beersheba is British Crown Land:

Beersheba was by far the largest district and accounted for nearly 70% of the land partitioned to the nascent state of Israel and it was 85% Crown Land, and approximately the other 30% of the land partitioned to Israel was to be in Tulkram and Haifa which if you look back at the first map was again largely public land or owned outright by Jews. What happened after '48 is irrelevant because the Arabs rejected the two state solution and attempted to push the Jews into the sea, they not only rejected the two state solution in '48 but they did it again in 2000 when they were offered a contiguous state along the 1967 borders comprised of all of Gaza, 97% of the West Bank, and a Capital in East Jerusalem.

Today the settlements account for a grand total of 2% of the disputed territories and two thirds of the settlers live in 5 cities which are built on approximately 90 total square miles amounting to suburbs of Jerusalem and those lands were not owned by anyone, if you disagree provide the Arab title over Ma’ale Adumim, Modiin Illit, Ariel, Gush Etzion, and Givat Ze’ev proving the Arabs are the legitimate owners of said land and have any legal claim to it whatsoever.

You've been debunked, MSNBC according to your own first article issued a retraction as already stated the facts will be presented until you address them.

Mondow is a Jewish site as is MSNBC as shown. Maps don't lie. Moving on:

HOW CAN THE MOST HATEFUL COUNTRY IN THE WORLD HAVE THE MOST HUMANITARIAN ARMY?

srael finds itself in a dilemma these days …. it wants you to believe that its army is the most humanitarian in the world, but it is a contradiction to their overall policy of hatred....

None of them specifically targeted a UN school, let alone after informing the population to take cover there as that is where they would be safe.

Say what you will, but that is some sick, sick (*)(*)(*)(*).

    A) that UN school was being used as rocket launcher pad in clear violation of the Geneva Conventions prohibiting conducting military activities from or in close proximity to such civilian structures.

    B) there is no evidence whatsoever of Israel using WP as an offensive weapon.

AGENCY DEMANDS FULL RESPECT FOR THE SANCTITY OF ITS PREMISES IN GAZA

    Gaza

Today, in the course of the regular inspection of its premises, UNRWA discovered rockets hidden in a vacant school in the Gaza Strip. As soon as the rockets were discovered, UNRWA staff were withdrawn from the premises, and so we are unable to confirm the precise number of rockets. The school is situated between two other UNRWA schools that currently each accommodate 1,500 internally displaced persons.

“I am dismayed that Palestinian militant groups would put United Nations schools at risk by using them to hide their arms,” Ban said on Monday as he released a summary of a Board of Inquiry probe into events that occurred in UN facilities in July and August.

“The three schools at which weaponry was found were empty at the time and were not being used as shelters,” Ban said. "However, the fact that they were used by those involved in the fighting to store their weaponry and, in two cases, probably to fire from is unacceptable.”

What ever dude. For the most part they are accurate. Fact of the matter is that Israel has stolen a whole bunch of land from Palestinian land owners .. bulldozing houses, annexing property and so on.

Israel has violated conditions of the agreement (by which the State of Israel came into existence) over 100 times.

That said, the Pals have not exactly done much to help themselves. This is a blood feud and both sides have done nasty things to each other on hundreds of occasions throughout the decades.

No the fact is that they are completely inaccurate and anyone who post them is posting an overt lie and perpetrating a fraud.

Provide the Arab land owners title to the Land supposedly stolen by Jews.

The Arabs rejected partition and tried to push the Jews into the sea, there was never an agreement that brought Israel into existence there was a war of independence and survival, the partition agreement became null and void the second the Arabs rejected it and invaded.

I disagree. Abbas is considered by the ADF to be their primary partner in West Bank security, and has been constantly working toward that end. And, while there haven't been recent elections, his government has stayed in control for a long time now with that as the primary direction on the methodology for Palestinians to gain statehood.

There are certainly plenty of individuals in West Bank who are beyond all rational thought on what Israel has done to them - as individuals and as a group. But, I don't believe that is a legitimate way of evaluating Palestinian direction.

You need to look at a map of West Bank as drawn by Israel.

The ADF is an Arab consortium based in the Wahhabist theocratic monarchy of Qatar, and Abbas just recently let his mask slip which he usually keeps on for western audiences and regurgitated the classic anti-Semitic canard that Jews poison wells in front of the European Parliament no less. Some partner for peace you have there.

I have, the only time the Arabs who call themselves Palestinians have ever had governmental control over any land was when it was given to them by the Jews.

Based entirely on Pallywood testimony not forensic evidence for war crimes. WP is not illegal and firing it in the area where the enemy is located in the air to hide troop movements or illuminate the field of battle regardless if that is in civilian sectors or not is not illegal especially considering that Hamas operates exclusively from civilian sectors.

Fatah is still in control of the territory granted them for the first time ever in the Oslo accords they have not lost any of that territory and Hamas is now in total control of Gaza so if anything they have gained territory.

Your own map shows the land owned by Arabs ? Further, you do not seem to understand the agreement that "allowed" Jews to have their own homeland in the region. UN Resolution 181 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Partition_Plan_for_Palestine

This plan called for a partition of land between Arab and Jew and called for 2 independent states. This resolution was accepted by the Jewish representation - Jewish Agency for Palestine.

Since the signing of this agreement, one allowed Jews to have control in "a part" of the region after the British ceded control, Israel has continued to steal more land than was agreed to. It has violated the agreements by which Israel was allowed to come into existence over 100 times.

We can debate on the details of "why" Israel did what it has done (justified or otherwise). What is simply not under debate is the fact that Israel has violated both the spirit and the letter of UN Resolution 181, the agreement that allowed Israel to come into being.
