You and I are in agreement that President Ronald Reagan was an extremely good President.

He was also an astonishingly good speaker. I remember tuning into one of his speeches back in 1978 by radio when I would have been nineteen.... I listened and listened to him until he finished his speech.

USA Presidents must follow the principle of "hiring up" as best as they possibly can.

President Donald Trump deserve enormous credit for choosing extremely capable people.

I personally believe that he truly wanted Mr. Mitt Romney in the role of Secretary of State..... but the backlash from his
supporters was just too intense...... and he had no real choice but to back down on what he really wanted.

 

Too bad you could not get in. I mean anybody could....except you. Lol

 

I know he is very smart. One point I shall pick on him over is adjusting to the media. It is one matter to appeal to the public at rallies. But the media is in place to deal him a lot of harm. He seems not sensitive to delivering good news. I realize he does give some good news, but the media focuses on just what? They pick something out and try to make it seem bad. He needs to evaluate first to eliminate the power of the media.

I rated him up to 149 but have no objections to over 150.

Dennis, when one studies what Trump says as advice, it is a wise man who does not put others down. I saw Bush 43 being put down but only by Democrats. They found a few things he said and assumed he was dumb. But Bush 43 is very intelligent. Trump is too much an unknown for me. I never have read his books. I hear his employes adore him. I had in mind for president one of the former or current governors. That said, Trump is here to stay. Democrats can gnaw their legs off and will wake up to Trump still the president. They may think they can talk the people out of him, but this won't happen.

I think that Trump is people smart intelligent. Some of us who are super intelligent are not great with people. Some are. I spent years studying salesmanship so I could spend time with people. I see a smart man in the White House. And aside from his opponent being totally corrupt, she kept acting like she doesn't care about people. I read a good many books about her. She is obnoxious to the max. Who would like her is her dog. I tend to think cats would not like her at all.

My major point is this. Does not matter today how smart Trump is. He holds the job of president. And he has at least 4 more years. Democrats need to stop chewing their legs since all that will do for them is the cost of a foot.

 

Or the grades. Lol

 

What is really strange to me is why so many still do not understand that what Trump said about crowd size applied to far more than just those in the cold that day on the mall. Trump included a far larger group in his discussion. And he has adequately explained that at least 3 times that I know of.

 

I'm not saying trump is stupid....well...maybe. lol
