    I disagree.Compare the life expectancy.The U.S slaves lived longer lives than their fellow Africans who stayed at home. I'm not condoning slavery just stating the facts.

    discontent, civil unrest, riots, open revolt.

    And these are not the consequences of reparations not being paid necessarily but just what happens when social programs are neglected.

    That's what you're in process of getting now, but rather than 'riots', it'll be a mass exodus from the Democrats (by Black Americans). Surprise!

    And 'social programs' are the REASON.

    What was their method to get the slaves here. Did they blackmail ship captains and plantation owners? Did they put a gun to their heads? Was it the market working it's magic?
