prior Community Service and surrendering his $ 10,000 Bail bond.

In order to reopen the case and have the evidence admitted.

 

The CPD charged him with something like 16 separate counts in the first place... You just don't know how corrupt that city is.

This prosecutor has urinated on the police force, on the city, on real victims of racial attacks, and on the Lady Justice. The prosecutor's action feeds the growing cynicism and sneers of those who laugh and mock the principles of justice and truth. The prosecutor shames the principle of law, just as your post shames you. I'm betting you're better than that and truly realize just how horrid this is. Let's see if reality backs me up.

I think that when a cop or a citizen does something wrong, both should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, white\black\rich\poor, ect... no one shoudl be above the law
